The hotel was fantastic! It was very clean and offered many amenities like free breakfast and drinks and snacks at dinner, a Starbucks on site, cute gift shop, great pools and many cozy outdoor seating options. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great spot to see bears too. My whole family enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located to Gatlinburg attractions, made to order omelets at breakfast each morning were so good (!!!), outdoor & indoor pool + slide and hot tub were a hit for the whole family. It was the perfect stay!! Only con was the one evening we ate dinner at the on site restaurant- Roaring Fork - food was lackluster at best, pricey and service was poor.

The property is beautiful. Our kids really loved the hotel and even said it was better then staying at Great Wolf Lodge. The biggest hit was the heated lazy river. Only real issue we had was there were a large number ants in our room centered specifically around the trash can in the living room area and kitchenette area. We did notify them of the the concern and they sent someone right up with a spray and did offer to move us but were unable to move us to a similar room (we had a balcony) that evening. We really enjoyed the balcony so we agreed to stay in it and we just took the trash can out (maybe hadn't been wiped down from previous visitors??) and also just killed the ants as we saw them. They made it right with us though with two offers since we agreed to stay in the room and I appreciated that. We will most definitely be back. The hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. I would also recommend tightening up fixtures - there were a few things loose in our room as well likely the results of just repeatative use since they have opened which I think has been a few years now.

This is an excellent property! Second time staying here. It never disappoints with its breakfast, evening reception, and pool patio area that is just beautiful. If ever in this area, stay here, I know we will!

Housekeeping staff do not clean the rooms properly, multiple times I noticed that trash was not taken out daily and beds weren’t made. This issue was also brought up to front desk staff but that didn’t address the problems.

My kids loved the pool, slide, and lazy river. My husband and I loved the free happy hour. Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable, and all the facilities were extremely clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely book here again. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it.

You may see a bear in the parking lot. The area is beautiful and the building looks new. The staff was ok. They can improve.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Wonderful staff, amenities are great and very clean. My kids loved the pool with a slide and the lazy river. There is a bear that hangs out in the small creek next to the hotel. He was there everyday and so fun to see.

The outdoor amenities were great, the breakfast was good but always packed, there was hair in the shower when we checked into our room but other than that a clean room & property. Parking is not included in room price and is $15 a day which adds up.

Our stay here was amazing. The property is so beautiful and the amenities can’t be matched. Breakfast was great and the area was always clean. The pool was so much fun and well maintained. It’s right next to a creek that is gorgeous. Everything about this hotel worked right for our family. And they arent joking about those bears! One came right on the property. The hotel does what they can with the multiple fences and special trash bins. Excellent hotel!
