Embassy Suites By Hilton Gatlinburg Resort

The property was spotless, great location, nice swimming pool and other amenities. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back. Everything was excellent!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very well kept and the entire property was beautiful! Definitely will stay again!

The hotel was great, it’s never easy traveling with a pet on a high level. However, that isn’t a them issue more of an us issue. Their pillows were TERRIBLY uncomfortable. That my only complaint about the stay itself.

Breakfast and happy hour drinks were nice touch. Resort is top notch, will visit again.

Very family-friendly, great amenities for the kids. Pool area was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend for families! Plenty to do when you just want to hang out and relax at the hotel and not spend money going out and about!

We didn't even get a chance to find out. We booked a room through Expedia, were charged and it was confirmed, only to be turned away at the door because "Expedia overbooked us" and they didn't have any rooms. We were left to find another room at close to midnight with three small children in tow. Super lack of communication on their part.

They need new pillows. We asked for new firm ones but they brought us the same flat pillows.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It’s near the mountains , but close to everything. We especially enjoyed the balcony view option that faced the mountains, it was terrific. We seen several bears throughout our stay while sitting on our balcony…it was so exciting. The pool was great. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every amenity the Hotel offered. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Love everything about the stay

The service was absolutely incredible and everyone was so helpful. From the food service to the front desk to everyone stopping by our room to see if we needed anything. Just an awesome experience. We highly recommend this property!

Room and facilities are clean and comfortable. The nightly reception was a pleasant surprise. Our kids loved the water slide and pools.

The living room area was a bit small but it al worked out since it was just two teenager and two adults. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the drive was so scenic and peaceful. We always choose Embassy Suites for the hot breakfast and great customer service! I would go again with my girlfriends for sure!

I did like being charged for parking! You have to pay for parking downtown and now at the hotel we chose to stay. Also there was a fire emergency on the 25th. I stayed on the 5th floor and could only make it to the 3rd floor because of breathing issues. I am on oxygen when I am active. I waited on the 3rd floor while my daughter went to get my oxygen in the car. One of your staff members, female, 35-40, long hair, came and walked the floor, she saw me standing on the floor and did not offer assistance or question why I was on that floor and not evacuating.

The entire resort was wonderful. Place was very clean. Great breakfast with made to order omelets. Easy access to Smoky Mountain National Park. Most highly recommend this place.
