Great stay. Enjoyed the pools which are prefect if you are traveling with children. The pools are only 3 1/2 ft deep with an indoor kiddie pool. I really enjoyed the clean towels provided for the pool. Breakfast is included and it was actually good. Lots of options including made to order options. The bar and ice cream shop was also great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Overall a great place to stay that’s very close to the tourist area in gatlinburg. Also the trolley stops very close to the hotel which makes it very convenient.

The resort was very clean and well maintained. I love the ambience of the pool area, especially at night with the double fire pits. Breakfast at the Embassy suites is always a treat. I especially love the made to order omelettes and egg. Happy hour drinks were an added surprise.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, plenty right on site to keep our kid and us parents entertained and fed. Will book again!

Everything was great. Some improvements can be made at room service. Attention to detail of cleanliness is lacking from cleaning staff. Apart from that, the stay was excellent.
