Great location for walking and riding the trolley to explore Gatlinburg! Also had up close views of Black Bears right in parking lot! Wish for extended pool hours and really not sure why they aren’t until midnight! The room pictures on Booking do not represent all room types! Description should include info that many of the king suites have full flight of steps to access the bed!!

Location was perfect for our needs. We had to kill around a dozen stink bugs that were in the room.

The access to the elevator through the lobby wasnt great. Also the room had a fireplace but it did not work. So little damper in the romantic setting you could say.

It was mine and my wife’s 35th wedding anniversary. We had stayed there 35 years ago when we first got married and the staff and everyone was great then and I think they was even better this time. I hope everyone of the staff has a wonderful day and a wonderful holiday season thank y’all so much for our 35th wedding anniversary card Danny and Debra Hunter.

The room was phenomenal. The jacuzzi tub was a very nice touch! Hot tub and indoor pool was perfect! The walk back up the hill from the strip is VERY tiring.

Beds were clean Bare bones. Older hotel! Described as having a balcony, that was a joke.

We liked that we got a room last minute when another hotel really pulled one over on us. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. We really loved that the free trolley stopped right out in front of the hotel. It was clean for the most part. Not a terrible experience, but wouldn’t stay there again. Very cramped and limited parking. Only breakfast offered is very expensive for what you get and not included with what you’ve already paid, better off going somewhere else. It’s definitely in need of updating throughout. Old crank open windows, clogged drain in tub, and no microwave. You would think this day and age a microwave would be standard.

Clean rooms, pools, hot tub and attached restaurant. Very helpful friendly staff of locals.

Loved having a heated outdoor pool. Took advantage of it every evening. Staff was awesome in all ways. This is our new go to place to stay.

The room was clean. The office people were exceptionally good. There were clean towels and wash cloths daily. The cleaners made up the bed and took trash daily. The outside walkway was clean and had chair for guest to sit outside. There were stairs and no elevator. No microwave in the room, there was one in the room with vending machines and the ice machine. Parking was a little too close for comfort
