This is our second time staying here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok. Or rooms were clean and our children enjoyed the pool.

Everything was fine, the only thing is that they should do a better job maintaining the pool; it wasn't clean and it would be better if it were outdoors. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

We decided to grab an extra night that wasn’t planned. The girl at the desk the next morning not only booked us but gave us a discount!! That night when we returned, our room was cleaned, but… housekeeping forgot to make our bed and give us clean towels!!! When I went to the front desk and told her, she was not only shocked but said that she would send someone. The girl from laundry came quickly and took great care making our bed and giving us towels!! She was FANTASTIC!! The staff is wonderful!!

Starting things off by charging us $17 dollars to park at our own hotel we already paid for was super tacky and insulting.

Had a problem that maintenance guy went in my room when I told him We didn't want anybody in room when we was there. Also housekeeping knocked and just walked in before we could answer.

The hot tub and pool were amazing and clean. The reviews were not kidding when they said there's no shortage of towels. They defiantly provide plenty for our stay. The breakfast room was very spacious and gave everyone the perfect amount of breathing room. The food was a good 4/5 rating. Nothing really to special and a little limited, but overall Good for the purpose of waking up to a decent meal to begin your day. The pillows are SO SOFT! The location is absolutely beautiful. This could have been our error if we would have just asked, but for my wife whom is handicap with a leg prostatic, the toilets sat a little bit too low for her comfort. The beds were a bit to stiff for my back, but we do have a pillow top at home, so we're a little spoiled with a soft bed. Again, just a personal and honest preference and nothing that everyone should go by when choosing a hotel.
