Hampton Inn Gatlinburg Historic Nature Trail

Great location. Able to walk to most of the places we visited. There is also a bus that runs to various destinations if needed. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Paying extra for parking.

2nd time staying here! Convenient to Mt. KeConte trailhead and Roaring Fork! Clean room. Breakfast could be a little better but overall great place to stay!!

I loved the location of this hotel. It is tucked away in a quiet area of Gatlinburg, but you are just a couple of minutes from restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind. My room was clean and comfortable.

I was told by the customer service person Bethany that best view of balcony room will be allocated to Hilton members only even though I am a gold member but I booked through hotels.com. I never heard this kind of treatment. Please fix for future. So that I can use the site for my booking.

Clean, comfortable,, location was fine We’ve been on a 2 week trip this the only time we ever had an attitude from the female Desk person who seemed to have a foreign accent. We checked into our hotel snd they had given us a free upgrade to a balcony room. When we got to our room, looking forward to a view from the balcony, the only view was the roof of the drive thru area in front of the front door, we mentioned that to the desk person when we came back down to the desk after our first look…She told us we got what we paid for…we said it was a free upgrade….she said the same thing again. She was very Rude !!!

I enjoyed my stay here. Love the firepit. The pool was nice, Great location, clean, nice amenities. Friendly Staff. We did not get room service, we did not want it. However I think they should still do a courtesy knock to ensure that we did not want or need anything. My personal opinion,

We asked to be moved before even unpacking but they claim they didn’t have a room for the second night so I was refused. When I wanted to cancel and move to another hotel, it was too late to work with Expedia. Very very disappointed!

Cons: Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I've had. The juice, if you could call it that, was terrible. It was like water with flavoring. The hot tub needs a good cleaning.

Staff was awsome

Enjoyed are stay. Rooms clean, shuttle stop right at hotel, breakfast had something for everyone, and close to all our hiking adventures.

Loved that it was an easy walk down to the main strip!

Exceptional

I had a big water stain on the wall above my bed. The staff needs to be more friendly. The floor retained water and the bathroom needs a better shower curtain because water kept getting on the floor after a shower with a towel on the floor. I kept having to wipe up water on the floor.

Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the trail.

But beware they charge $15.00 a night to park your vehicle in the hotel lot. No biscuits and gravy for breakfast.
