We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and peaceful garden deck area—it was the perfect place to relax. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, and the location was ideal, offering easy access to both downtown and the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, spacious rooms. Property was very well maintained. Breakfasts was nice. The man at the front desk was very nice. I would deff recommend & will stay here again. I also felt safe walking down the hill to Gatlinburg

The hotel staff were friendly and assisted when needed. The breakfast was decent but nothing great. Good convenience. One elevator was down until the next to last day. But not a large inconvenience. Clean and well maintained area and nice view.

Location was great Around 1am people hitting door room, staff is not professional, my son forgot a watch and they want I pay $70!! for returning it. We spend a lot money only for 1 night!!!

They need to let you know up front before booking that there is a $16 + a night parking fee. That’s is enough to make me look for a different place to stay

I would definitely recommend staying here. This was, by far, the cleanest hotel we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, although we wished they had biscuits and gravy as an option. The eggs need some improvement, but the coffee was really good. We enjoyed the variety of toppings for the oatmeal and yogurt. Our room was tidied and beds made everyday, which we really appreciate after a long day of running around. We will be searching out Marriott Hotels for our future trips.

Room was clean, pool was small, breakfast was uninviting so we ate out. Staff was friendly. Would recommend if you’re on a budget.

Clean rooms, contemporary decor. Breakfast was lacking in variety - powdered eggs and sausage. Waffle maker decent, but no butter near where the station was. Had to search. Pastries limited. At best, average.
