My family and I stayed here for three nights in August and we all had a blast in Gatlinburg. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! Super clean and friendly staff. Even the continental breakfast was excellent!

Nice location to the Smokies and downtown. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel location is good. Clean. But when we got there the lady at front desk she said she could not check us in since the other lady in the Bathroom... Then we went to the Toilets came back i saw she is checking in for some incoming people.. I was so surprised why she could not check us in?

The staff was friendly. The property was well maintained and clean. It was in a great location for easy access to the mountains and downtown.

Was a great spot for a family to stay. A little walk to the downtown area so we drove.

Everything was great about the hotel excellent clean room the staff was extraordinarily helpful one thing was it was pretty far off of the parkway you had to walk a lot for a 59-year-old and a 7-year-old

Great stay! We are a family of 6 with kids from 5-16 and they all really enjoyed the stay. The pool was clean and never busy during our stay. The hot tub was very fun and relaxing. The continental breakfast was what you’d expect! Would recommend.

It was a very well kept property. The staff were professional and very help when we had a problem with the fridge cutting off. The location was great…right off from the Gatlinburg main strip.
