Check-in and check-out were easy and fast, the room was nice and comfortable, the beds were awesome, and the pillows were great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is on the older side but has been kept up well. The hotel itself is the staple of any picture taken of the city of Gatlinburg as it sits atop of a large hill in town. We stay there recently and were surprised to find out that since our last stay a few years ago, you are now charged $ 20.00 a day on your card upon check out for parking. In our room you could hear the sliding doors to the room above us open and close , but not a deal breaker. Overall the Park Vista has most of the amenities that you will need. A nice hotel at a reasonable rate with fantastic views.

Great views! Trolley is fun & free way to get around downtown there is an app to track the trolleys as well. Breakfast was expensive and not that great. Staff was awesome though. Could’ve had a hot tub and outside furniture for the balcony’s though.

The first days I loved it all The last day I was there I had asked for someone to help me get my husband's medical equipment down stairs so that I wouldn't have to leave him alone to do it know one came to help and I had to put my husband in one elevator and hope he remembered how to use the elevator while I took his equipment down in another elevator. When I got downstairs he want out of the elevator and it took what felt like forever to get the elevator he was in to open all the while praying know one called for an elevator and his went up.

Paying for parking was not told to me prior to arriving to check in. I would never have booked it! Hotel was not worth the extra fee.

Location was awesome,2 king beds awesome, views amazing, the only place we got to see bears was at the hotel. Didn’t like that parking was a separate charge. Wished there was a bath tub for our small kids.

This hotel is definitely Not family friendly. We traveled with our 2 young children. The guesses next door were smoking marijuana we ask the front desk to asked the guest to smoke elsewhere and the replied they couldn’t do anything about it. The strong smell of cannabis made our stay very uncomfortable and we had a near asthma attack episode. Management did not care to address the issue at all. If you’re a smoker this place is definitely for you. We ordered the breakfast package, the food was ok.

Beautiful hotel , lovely staff and the views of the mountains are amazing,kids will love the indoor pool ! Highly recommend this !

The hotel is up in the hills and is a great place to stay when you don’t want to stay right on the main tourist areas. The place has a cool “1970s Sci-Fi” vibe about it. The staff was really friendly and helpful! The rooms are great. Beds are comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner there and both meals were really good! The only complaint I have is the rooms are not well lit. Other than that minor issue, it was a perfect place to stay! The only people who probably would not enjoy staying there would be people afraid of heights or elevators.

The interior of the hotel was fine, but our balcony had some gross stagnant water from the a/c unit above dripping water on it and it doesn’t run off, just pools up. The exterior of the hotel needs some sprucing up and the outdoor furniture could use some fixing up as well. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to stay and the trolley service coming right up to the front is extremely convenient. The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner.

We had a great weekend. We will definitely stay here again. My kid loved the pools. The room was clean and the property beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My son only ate a bowl of fruit loops and we wasn't charged for him.
