Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Gatlinburg at the Convention Center

The room was clean and much bigger than expected. The pool was a little cloudy but nice. Hotel is just a few steps from the parkway. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing too fancy, but a great place to stay for the price! Lower priced and within walking distance to the strip I would stay again. The breakfast was good and we had a time at the pool!

Location, remodeled room with high ceiling felt so open and comfortable. No rug floor was awesome, cleaner feeling! Parking was challenging for a bigger vehicle

Location and the staff Booking.com booking my stay twice but so far I've been charged once. Other than that pleased

Place was dirty, floors was never mopped, 1 day no housekeeping, no toilet paper had to go too the desk, bed was not comfortable at all, phone showed message the entire stay and no message. Ask for a first floor room got to the hotel and told not available was shown a room in what they called a tower on 2 floor did have an elevator but was a queen room we booked a king room. Booking.com was great! Coffee all day

Location is great and to be so close to the parkway it is pretty quiet. The room was large and clean The water pressure in the shower is my only complaint

The room was very spacious and well maintained. We were on a first-floor end unit near the pool and thought it would be loud, but surprisingly, it was very quiet. The motel was very convenient to all the places we wanted to see, and parking for my large pickup truck was very easy and convenient. There ws nothin to dislike in our opinion.

The location was perfect. Looks like a drug and prostitution unit on the outside rooms. You could tell where the suite area was, it looked more presentable.

Good hotel, free breakfast just basics coffee, apple juice during breakfast only. Parking was free but it was confusing where to park as most spaces were taken by the hotel. And they were marked "no parking allowed but cars were parked there already. Was able to find parking nearby.

Always a great stay! Nothing fancy, clean, and convenient for walking the strip.

Bed was comfortable. Room was located in the building behind the motel. The pool was clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs and tables. While our room was super clean, the bathroom reeked of old urine.
