Water pressure and temperature were great, room was clean and staff was friendly. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hotel felt a little older but it appears they are remodeling some areas.

The location, room, staff and parking were great. I forgot my wallet and the staff contacted me immediately. I had to get it shipped back to me and they informed me on what I needed to do. I don't have any complaints

Great location to all the surrounding areas we were traveling to Half the staff was rude anytime myself or my children were in the hall. My children would talk to them and they’d look at them an keep walking. Very rude

The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable.

It's a few blocks off of the main drag. It's right by Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum (lots of fun stuff for kids and adults). Same intersection has a great Irish pub and across the street is the Sky Park. Anakysta is better. About a 15 minute walk to the Aquarium which is excellent. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is clean, rooms were comfy and no street noise from the entertainment areas. Nothing stood out as an issue

the room was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of towels and used the fridge and microwave in the room. Location was good, nice close walk to everything in Gatlinburg The only complaint I have is the coffee was terrible. I like coffee first thing in the morning and the coffee was not palatable. Everything else was good.
