Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Gatlinburg, TN

The property was quit and just a 2-3 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburgh. The parking lot is small and even though they have a overflow parking which you have to walk back to the hotel and the breakfast could of had more options

Location was convenient to Gatlinburg center but far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast room was too crowded. Availability of only one meat per day with breakfast seems cheap. Parking was difficult.

We liked it was so close to the strip The ONLY complaint we have it’s the mattress on the sofa bed. Very uncomfortable and can feel all the springs and it could use an update

Room was clean and quiet. The gentleman that watched the parking lot was excellent. I felt like my car was safe when it was in the parking lot. OK, HERE IS THE PROBLEM: There was not enough parking in the lot at the motel! The overflow lot (as they call it) was a long walk to from the motel. For older folks and especially if it rains, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I was fortunate because I only had to park in the overflow lot 1 out of 4 nights. BUT, we did neglect to do some things that we wanted to do, because we had to be back at the motel early so we could get a parking spot. When I said to the agent that checked me in " You should have enough parking spots as you do rooms". I was told : That's just the way it is, you will have to park in the overflow lot". It's a shame because the motel was great otherwise. And I will not come back there because of this issue.

Room was ready early when we arrived. Breakfast was good. Location can't be beat, convenient to everything.

Fresh and clean and I liked the bathroom being all in one room. Especially since we travel with friends. I would give it 10/10

Amenities and location I’m a smoker, wish there were cigarette cans at least on the corner of the property. Even though I properly disposed mine and not on the ground.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was good, the one thing that I didn't like was the room had a musty smell to it. Maybe it was the area we where in being in the smokey mountains but, the room could have e used an air freshener

They had a nice breakfast every morning and the staff were excellent and very helpful

The property and rooms were clean! The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful along with Andre and the manager! Wonderful location and we got to see bears! The breakfast was excellent as well! Everything was wonderful!

It was a very nice property. It looked like they had just remodeled. And our room was very nice, that were comfortable and our pillows were comfortable. I didn’t like the area that the hotel was in. It’s not their fault of course. I didn’t really like the kind of rundown hotel beside it and the rundown parking lot that was behind it. The only issue I had with the room was the fact the lampshade on the lamp that was next to the beds was like really moldy and it looks like it had water damage and then my fitted sheet came off during in the night and I saw like a bunch of stains on the mattress cover but other than that no other issues what so ever. It was an over all a pleasant room.

Located just back off the strip. Receptionist was very helpful It was fine

Staff is friendy and helpul. Breakfast is nice perk.
