The carpet in the room was very dirty. Walking on it left you with black feet. The room smelled musty and the AC didn't work properly. There isn't a towel bar or a bench or anything for your clothes in the bathroom. Location is very conveniently located for walking downtown. The indoor pool is not heated.

The staff are warm and welcoming. Free cookie for our little one upon check-in. Breakfast is also decent. The only letdown is the inavailability of the gym which was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. They should update the list iof the amenities they have in Expedia.

All is well except the whole lobby, room and everywhere one can feel smoke/cigar smell. That’s pretty bad for a family stay.

Big room, good beds and the pool in the basement was awesome! The breakfast was also excellent! It was a little confusing finding the hotel at first but I called the hotel and was given great directions.

We loved the location as it was very close to downtown. The only thing they could improve is the breakfast. Otherwise, everything is worth the price!

It was a great breakfast and the staff were fantastic. The location is great close to the main street in Gatlinburg. We saw a bear walking through the parking lot.
