This property was exactly what I was looking for…. For me, it was all about the location. It was off the busy main road, but yet only took a minute or two to walk to the action. Even though it was so close to all attractions, it was still quiet in our room and even outside on the rocking chairs. The rooms were also clean and property was well-maintained.

The hotel is perfectly situated right off the main drag with walking access to every where we went. It has a nice little pool for adults and a separate pool for the kiddies and a cool fire pit for evenings, and parking onsite.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice hotel Breakfast was good but there wasn’t and syrup or butter for the waffles, and there wasn’t any staff around to ask for it. This was very disappointing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in all week was very clean and had a great view of the Smokies. The location of this best western was in perfect walking distance to The Village and the aquarium.

Best stay we have had in the Piegon Forge/Gatlinburg area! One of the cleanest rooms we’ve had. Only con was the breakfast. Good variety, just not enough food to feed everyone that was coming down for breakfast. The guy refilling was great, but if he had some help to keep up with the demand it would’ve been even better. Shotgun style rooms make you feel like you’re staying in a condo, but with hotel pricing. Pools were great as well!
