Best Western Johnson's Inn Downtown Gatlinburg

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and each time has been great. The staff at the front desk it’s very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. And then it is centrally located to everything downtown. The only downside is the breakfast could use a little improving .

The front desk staff are really nice. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space to put your things. The main office has a small pantry with some snacks and cold drinks. They have a separate breakfast area which I did not get a chance to check out. All of the doors are outside doors, motel style,,and I was able to park directly in front of my room. I was on the ground floor, which typically I do not prefer, but in this particular instance it was so convenient being able to just get out of my car and go directly into my room. I felt safe. The location is amazing. A very short walk right into downtown Gatlinburg. But just far enough away from the main road where it is quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Gatlinburg

Very close to Gatlinburg, clean rooms, nice pools and great value! Our son’s bed wasn’t made when ours was so not sure about that. Not a big deal but didn’t know why

Hotel was very well kept and we would definitely stay again. Easy walk to downtown and overall just a good experience.

The place is so good and nearby street so easy for me and no parking problem and also nice and good morning breakfast

It’s so close to town you don’t have to drive if you don’t want to! And parking is free we saw 2 bears from the condo balcony photos below Everything was great per usual

The room was clean and pretty good breakfast but the front desk staff didn't seem to want to work there. Got 3 towels for 4 people the day before we checked out and used a couple at the pool because there were no towels available at the pool. I went to the front desk to request a couple extra towels before we checked out the next morning (housekeeping had not come by yet) and the person at the front desk called housekeeping and they told them they had come by our room that morning, which was impossible considering we had been in the room the whole morning. Seemed like they didn't want to just provide the towels as requested and acted like I was lying about housekeeping coming by with towels. I would rather stay at a hotel where I don't need to argue about towels. Otherwise the stay was good. Saw a couple bears near the laundry area late one night.

Close to everything and clean, basic Door locks where hard to use and hard to lock
