The cleanest of the room. The outside fireplace area. The location . Breakfast was good. Overall great little getaway for my husband and me. Can't complain about anything.

Location was great. It was an easy walk to the main strip if you cut through The Village. They provided a free breakfast. AC unit in the room was very noisy and made a rattling noise.

Large bathroom, lighted mirror, roomy. Close to downtown. Hot breakfast Carpet in room. Just feel it is hard to keep carpet clean

Nice place to stay if you don't mind not having a whole lot of water pressure and hot water. No indoor pool and the pools are not heated.

The facilities were clean and tidy, also well stocked in the room with tea and coffee, a good fridge/freezer. The location was fantastic, right near the restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and happy to help and you had access to both of the pools. Breakfast was nice and well stocked always. Definitely would stay there again. I recommend this hotel for a good price and the rooms were a good size too. They even have a fire pit for you to use. Nothing

We arrived a day early and the staff was very helpful in letting us keep the room we had so that we didn’t have to move to the other room that we had reservations for.

This was the cleanest place I have stayed at in many years. The price made it even better. I was very impressed with the cost at such a clean place to stay. I highly recommend Best Western Johnson's in Gatlinburg TN.

Property was great rooms were very clean and we loved how close we were to everywhere it was walking distance and loved the fireplace they had great way to relax and enjoy mountains we just had some small little bugs we saw in bathroom and pressure in shower was low and it did take the water a while to get warm but besides that had a great time

Great location. Older hotel but was still comfortable. Shower did not drain well and shower water was almost lukewarm warm but definitely not hot.
