Very quiet at night, with ample parking. There are several hotel style luggage carts available to move your luggage and stuff to the unit. We will be using this location again when we go back.

Very nice condo and super clean. Loved that it was close enough to walk to the strip in Gatlingburg. Highly recommend 501.

We get the same room, 103 which right across from the pool. Has the hot tub inside and the mini kitchen and king size bed. Love this place.

I was very displeased with the room because the main reason I rented that room was for the jacuzzi tub and it took over 2 hrs just to fill it up past the jets before I could even use it very displeased about it

Close to town Upstairs apartment had kids running around all hours of the night

View from the master bedroom is awesome. Blankets, towels and kitchenette are right & good as needed. Very clean as well-prepared home for vacation stay. The on-call service for any quick help is highly appreciable. Definitely to mention the closest proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. Overall comfy stay. No coffee pods or creamers but, coffee makers are there. Issue with clogged kitchen sink was addressed with maintenance member visiting for a check which is appreciable though.

Room was clean and nicely cool. We went during the peak heat wave time. Sofa bed was in poor condition with spring almost gone. Dont go for 1 bedroom condo sofa bed if you are a family of 4. In kitchen too, only one burner on stove was functional. Even after complaining, it was not fixed. Location is good and convenient from downtown. Parking is good too. Keep bear sprays as walk to downtown you may encounter bears.

We really enjoyed the seclusion of the property. Even though it was only a short walk and fairly close to town it was off the beaten path and very quiet. The room was very clean. We will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay in Gatlinburg. Our rental rate was excellent!!! We like staying in condos or apartments that have a kitchen which this one had. The only issue was the 2 burner stove and lack of counter space, and the location within the condo. It was in a small hallway between the living area and bedroom so it was very tight to cook in. This was not a major deal or deal breaker but ideally we'd like a little more space in the kitchen.

Great location, beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Affordable laundry option. Clean. We liked everything!

Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better ie directions to stairway leading to downtown.

Saw a bear in the parking lot as we pulled in dont leave food in your car!

My husband and I were on our 11th anniversary trip. The property was clean. The only problem we had was the toilet had to be repaired and the bedroom TV volume kept going out. The maintenance came within a couple hours and repaired the problem. We would definitely stay there again.

The toilet was very small and low to the ground. The day we left the elevator was not working properly waited for 15 minutes, and had to take the stairs. Was rough because I had knee surgery a month ago.

The location was pretty good. It was kind of hard to walk to the strip for me because im 65 and had a hard time getting back up the steps. It was an easy drive though. The bed was very comfortable. The condo was very cute. The only thing we had an issue with was the water pressure. It was very weak.

Didn't like how squeaky the bed was and the ac was not very strong.
