Room was clean and nicely cool. We went during the peak heat wave time. Sofa bed was in poor condition with spring almost gone. Dont go for 1 bedroom condo sofa bed if you are a family of 4. In kitchen too, only one burner on stove was functional. Even after complaining, it was not fixed. Location is good and convenient from downtown. Parking is good too. Keep bear sprays as walk to downtown you may encounter bears.

Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better ie directions to stairway leading to downtown.

Saw a bear in the parking lot as we pulled in dont leave food in your car!

My husband and I were on our 11th anniversary trip. The property was clean. The only problem we had was the toilet had to be repaired and the bedroom TV volume kept going out. The maintenance came within a couple hours and repaired the problem. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to attractions food and groceries free parking First room i was in i got ate up by bed bugs. And they moved me to another room on the 5th floor which was ok. Not much space in this room because of a huge tub in the bedroom. Which i didn’t care for. So no dresser top or table to put some of my stuff like jewelry my glasses etc.. i Used the living room to unpack. They didn’t offer any kind of refund or partial or anything to accommodate my first miserable itchy night. I got bit on my leg and hand and shoulder. Still itches to this day. I won’t say i won’t rent here again but i can only hope that something like this would be first priority and will be taken care of immediately!!

It was nice

It was tough at first because of my not following through. I did not have the information I needed. But it was all taken care of. The space and how homey and comfortable with the balcony too.

It was a very nice place

I didn't like the pilot light on the fireplace always being on. We did leave the window and the door cracked overnight due to the scent of gas, just as a precaution. The setting/ on-off of the fireplace wasn't easy for us to navigate. Otherwise we LOVED our stay!

It's an old property, but it was adequate. Kitchenette had 2 forks and supposedly sleeps 4. Had adequate kitchen supplies to cook a meal, but no counter space. Towels were kind of thin. Walking to town was a challenge down long steps, but not a long walk time wise. Not sure I would stay there again, but my event has moved to Nashville, so I won't need to make that decision.

The location is perfect for visiting Gatlinburg (right downtown, super walkable). The check-in process was smooth, the rooms were very clean. Large parking lot which is definitely a plus in this area. We booked for three people, but I wouldn’t say it was the best idea: the rooms were well-kept, but everything seemed pretty old, so the sleeper couch wasn’t firm enough to comfortably sustain a grown-up. Plus, the layout is such that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, so one of you always has to feel like an inconvenience. Next time, I’d just book two rooms instead of one.

This is our third time staying here and the 2nd time in this exact unit. The convenient walking path to downtown is awesome so that you don’t have to drive down & find parking. The convenient check in process was a breeze, we didn’t have to meet any staff or anything. The room was well prepared for our needs. We did have some black bears hanging out down by the pool which was interesting. Don’t let the bears scare you away from this place sepcifically, I am sure they could be anywhere in Gatlinburg. The building is older but you can tell they have tried to renovate it since our last stay. For the simplicity & reasonable price we paid it was well worth it. I would stay here again in the future.

Very clean, roomy, REAL coffee pot. Loved the balcony, plenty of parking. TV in bedroom wasn't hooked up but it wasn't a big deal.
