Great hotel with super nice and friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the Wi-Fi—it was extremely weak and barely connected at all. We just wish they could provide a more reliable connection, especially for guests who need Wi-Fi for important matters. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Location It smelled horrible and we did not get a balcony like it listed in the booking and the staff did not care

It was close to downtown. The fact that the rooms connect and there’s no sign saying that so we had no clue. Also the tub immediately started spraying out of the jets before the water was even over them and I hadn’t even turned them on.

We enjoyed staying here, it was convenient of walking to middle of town. The only thing we needed was some type of handle in the shower.

We didn't eat the breakfast, we were only offered the bagels or english muffins in the lobby We didn't get the room with balcony overlooking the river, front desk clerk said to take it up with booking.com. Front desk ladies were very abrupt and transactional, not pleasant or inviting, and the last morning there we found ants all through the bed

Close to many restaurants, shops and the aquarium. 10 or so minute walk to all amenities. Very pleased with the experience. Would book again.
