Everything was great except the mandatory timeshare pitch to get the parking pass. After a 12 hrs drive to get there it was the last thing I wanted any part of. Very cheesy. You can do better than that! Whomever had that great idea needs to go back to the used car lot.

Always our go to stay when we come to Gatlinburg. The staff will always go above and beyond to make sure we’re well taken care of.

I cancelled a reservation for a nice place hundreds cheaper for our 3 night stay, but my husband saw an ad for this place on a video and wanted to stay here, so I cancelled the other booking and reserved this place instead. We received our room key and upon first entry, our door handle was extremely hard to turn and we had to slam into the door every time to open it. The outlets to the refrigerator/microwave/coffeemaker were messed up. When I pulled the microwave out to plug in to make coffee, the bathroom light went off. We didn't bother to say anything until we left since the lights were so bright that you had to wear sunglasses, so we used adjacent lights and kept the door open slightly to take a shower. You had to completely close the door to even get into the shower it was such a tight fit. The layout of the bathroom was strange, the door to the shower/commode room touched the small-bowl sized toilet that was nearly 9 inches away from the wall. Why put it so far away, since now it is difficult to open and close the door and you literally can't get into the tub/shower without closing the door? And the toilet paper holder was on that wall far away so we had to literally tuck the end of the paper like two feet towards us into what appeared to be a tissue slit so we didn't have to get up to get paper off the roll. The shower pressure was weak, the faucets were old and the repainted sink with drip lines was just a turn off. This was an ok place, but not for the price.

Was on the 6th floor and elevator was not working. Was told it had been out of service for sometime. One ice machine in our building on the second floor. Location was great.

The staff was warm and welcoming especially Candy and Taylor knowledgeable ladies will be back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, could use some updates but overall I was highly satisfied. The only complaint I have is they closed the pool one day for a few sprinkles (that happened at 1:00) and never opened it back up that day/evening, Kids were pretty bummed. Overall good hotel.

This was a lovely place to stay. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was dated but I think that added to its charm.

The room a was awful. I’d be embarrassed to rent it to someone. Tile floor was all cracked. This atrociously gigantic hot tub that looked about 100 years old, nasty and filthy, protruded into the room. It had two bathroom sinks that were so old and dingy and the mirrors were no good! The ceiling above the outside porch was coming done. My husband sat outside under it and got sprayed with dust from the bees. The boards were bent and coming out of the ceiling. I did report this and I did also tell them how awful the room was. The “noted” it. It was so bad we left a day early. The thought of going back to my room to rest was very unappealing. Please don’t waste your money.

The location was wonderful! Rooms are in need of a complete renovation. The bathroom was straight out of 1980 something. Drains didnt work well. It was clean I will say that.

Beds were newer super firm but comfortable , not far from the parkway and close to mysterious mansion and pancake pantry . Housekeeping is on point and it was clean, clearly doing best they can with what they are working with. Room AC is cold. Hotel is old, without updates or even minor repairs. My sister's room which I paid for had a toilet coming off the wall , fire pit had no propane, huge convention areas attached to room areas were neglected and creepy, the building 7 was hot and musty , old carpets w stains and rippling which is tripping hazard. The gym ac was non existent making anticipated workout impossible. Really sad. Over priced for what you get, I paid 330 for 2 rooms for 1 night. (or rather don't get) and the buildings have no secure entry/exits. Anyone can get in and out if that concerns you.

Rooms were outdated

This is a hard one to write we had some ants and centipedes in bathroom and complained. The staff responded right away and sprayed but this did not stop the problem. I killed 10 centipedes in the bathroom floor mostly late at night. The day we were to leave a big rain came and water poured off the mountain. We were in building six and I woke up to have my car surrounded by water so deep I couldn't move my car. The water was running around the hill and down the road but pooling near the handicap spot at building six. When the rain stopped for a bit we got out of there while the water dropped. The staff was great but there are issues.

Was able to book along side the river and loved it.

The location of the hotel is excellent walking distance to many shops and places to eat. The creek running out back is absolutely a seller The guy who sits in your lobby to give you your parking sticker and has that pressure thing to give you free tickets or discounted tickets is no brainer get rid of him

Our room was nice and spacious. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a perfect location for us. The staff were friendly as well as other guests we encountered. They warned us about the bears and we saw one from a distance while we were there. We didn't have any complaints.
