Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, es muy bonito, cerca del poblado, y el personal muy amable.

We had a wonderful girls and doggies trip! I just want to give a shout out to Holly the front desk manager! She went above and beyond to make our stay even more wonderful! We will be back soon!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property is much older and more worn than the photos suggest. The room showed multiple signs of deferred maintenance, including chipped paint around door frames, worn fixtures, unfinished repairs in the bathroom, and aging finishes throughout. While nothing appeared unsafe, the overall condition gave the impression that upkeep has been neglected for quite some time. One of the most concerning issues was the furniture. A chair in our room was visibly stained and dirty, with dark discoloration on the seat cushion. It was unpleasant enough that we chose not to use it at all. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be standard expectations for any hotel, regardless of age. The décor, carpet, and furnishings felt extremely dated and gave the room a tired appearance. What was advertised online did not match the experience we had upon arrival. Had the condition of the room been more accurately represented, we would have chosen a different property. The staff was courteous, and the location is undeniably convenient, but location alone cannot make up for poor room condition and lack of maintenance. This property is in seriou

what happened to the alarm clocks that used to be in rooms? That is what I missed. The location is great. Thanks!

The rooms were small and very outdated. When arrived and was waiting to check in I overheard a customer asking for towels that her room did not have any. She was told that they was out of towels at the moment. When I got to my room it had a very musty odor. I chose the room with a mountain view balcony, but all I could see was the back of another building and parking lot. When it was time to freshen up to go eat dinner I noticed we only had one towel. When I called front desk I was also informed they was out of towels at the moment. To be part of Westgate Resorts they sure need to revamp the entire establishment. Wont stay here again

Location and the quietness! Bed was comfortable! I wish the rooms was a little cleaner! There was stink bugs all on the ceiling and walls! Floor could have been mopped better. Spider webs all over the balcony and steps!!

Staff was good, Room was big with Balcony. Extra Towels were provided when requested. Leakage in Bathroom. very very old fixtures. No basic USB-B Port available. Carpet was not neat.

Very disappointing! The photos were very misleading, and I do not recommend. There was no fireplace (as in the photos). The tub was dirty / stained and only 2 towels an1 washcloth was provided. Mirror was damaged and cabinets were old. Location of office is near the main strip, but it is a long walk from the rooms in the back. The balcony view, that was supposed to be water, was the backside of the other building. Breakfast was coffee, orange juice, and packaged breakfast cakes and bars. The property is very dated, and not in a good way.

Love the location The weeds over grown on the patio could not see, and did not like the way an employee talked to me because I was asking for a roll of toilet paper the night before I left, saying i was asking for it just to take home with me.

Location to mayor areas Room was dated, not what I expected for the location and prize, Did not have house keeping, have to request, A/C was a wall unit not very comfortable, Bath was very small and dated, bath tud looked old and worn.

Clean rooms close to the strip peaceful balcony and got to see a bear two out of the four nights there.
