The cleaning staff was friendly, but I can't say that about the desk clerks I had to interact with. The fact that you have to pay $18 a day to park in the hotels parking garage. No where does it say anything about that before you reserve the room. You get an email about that after you reserve the room & pay for 90% of the room to reserve it.

Its an older place and there's some signs of age. But the hot tubs were great, the rooms are nice and clean and plenty of parking at market pricing.

Nice hotel to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg, making it a close walk to many attractions. Good hot and fresh breakfast. The pool was my family’s favourite amenity of the hotel. Indoor/ outdoor with a swim under wall to go between the 2, cascading rock waterfall, and a small but very fun slide. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and looked to be recently updated, in fact, the whole property looked to have had a recent facelift. The breakfast area was clean and well attended. Plenty of breakfast options. Pool and hot tubs were very nice and again very clean. Staff was professional and attentive. The only slight downfall is the parking garage. It is very tight. Clearance is 6 feet, so if you have a larger or taller vehicle be aware. There are spaces near elevators that have a slight bit more clearance. The positive of the parking garage is it feels a bit more shielded from bear activity.

Room was nice. Some things on the property could use a little remodeling, But love the view we had of the creek and downtown .Good breakfast, And nice pool area.

We were there during a music festival at the convention center. Perfect location for this within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was very good - I would say better than average for a continental breakfast but the same thing every day. Probably because of the festival, someone in a room below us was smoking weed on their deck which got sucked into our room through the air conditioner. Can't really blame the venue for that though. The workout room is very lacking - a few pieces of equipment with one of the treadmills not working and only cardio...no weights. Overall I would stay here again...staff was friendly and helpful all around. They are not joking when they tell you not to leave food in your car...bears are very much around. We saw two bears in 4 days near the hotel.
