The location was great and the beds were comfortable .

I liked the staff and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. The indoor/outdoor pool was pretty great. I know you can't do anything about these things but the elevator was slow, the parking garage was cramped, and the jets in the hot tubs were angled super weird.

It was vary clean and a great location. That you had to pay a 15.00 dollars for parking. That should be free with your stay..

Nice overall. Mattresses need replacing. One elevator was out most of our stay & that was a real issue

The location is perfect! The breakfast is very good! The parking is hard for large trucks due to smaller vehicles parking on the 1st floor instead of going up a level, where the large trucks can't fit.

Breakfast was good and hot. Plenty to choose from. A little bit if fresh fruit would have been good.

Literally only the location. That’s about it honestly. Room was fairly decent clean I guess, but the entire property is just out of date. It needs a remodel desperately. The room looks super old and carpet looks super old. In the pool area there were literally vines coming from outside hanging down from the ceiling. Things need to be painted, things need to be replaced and definitely dusted. The windows need to be cleaned in the area where the elevator is. Parking is literally a nightmare, the parking spaces are super narrow. They need to be labeled because we never saw an actual label or sign to say which floor we were on in the parking garage. We had to park in this weird area in the back behind the hotel. It was also a very oddly set up hotel as well.

Center of downtown Gatlinburg. Walking distance to everything! Older. One elevator was down and it took a very long time to get on. It smelled a little musty.

Too many people for the area

The rooms are big amd it os close to everything. The parking spots are extremely too small, and the elevator on one side was broken. We had mold/mildew in our room by the air conditioner on the curtain and wall. Told staff about the mold, and it was still there. No follow up from staff.

The location is perfect for downtown walking. The breakfast was amazing. We loved our room and the spa tub in our room was great. We loved our stay. We did have a neighbor slamming the door on the first night next to us at very late hours. And the elevator went down during our stay. Also didn't much care for the loud music coming from the haunted house next door.

The closeness to the main strip. Paying for parking this should be included with room rates-it makes the property look money hungry at least build it into the price of the room if you really feel that you should charge your guest to park their vehicles while choosing to stay at your property when they could have chose to stay elsewhere. Next, the first thing that one notices when coming into an establishment is the entrance and elevators, the elevators need a facelift as well as all of the windows need to be cleaned. You can tell that this was once a very nice hotel and by all means still has nice features but paint on the shower faucets and bad places on the walls from where the shower rod has been rehung should be repaired professionally little things like this guest notice and it hurts the property. We loved the pool area and the lobby they both definitely met my satisfaction and the rooms were clean. I would stay here again but it is in need of some repairs.
