We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The parking garage could use a little up date.

You have to pay for parking.

I was not happy with this hotel overall. The pros are the location, the clean comfortable beds, and the breakfast is comparable to that of Choice Hotels. But the coffee is awful, the pool area had a terribly strong chlorine smell that made everyone cough (especially the kids), the floors and carpet are filthy, there isn’t much insulation because I could clearly hear people talking and all the loud noises outside the room, and the parking garage always smelled like marijuana. My kids were so excited to use the pool, but didn’t get to swim because it smelled so bad. Next time I’d rather spend a few hundred more dollars to stay at a more reputable hotel.

I liked most of the staff and the location was awesome. The pool was nice. I didn’t like the plumbing out toilet barely flushed and we had to get maintenance to come plunge it but maintenance was there fast and very nice and professional. Also when we were showering the water was filling up in the bathtub a couple of inches. Overall we were very pleased with our stay

The complimentary breakfast and staff were great! Great location for Anakeesta and the aquarium. Shopping and restaurants walking distance. The building needs some maintenance. The room could be cleaner.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and its in a great location due to its walkability to downtown Gatlinburg.

Great location for walking downtown.

The room was clean , although it needs an update and spiff up . The staff was so friendly and helpful . My husband said the breakfast was good and plentiful. It seems to be a nice place to stay with kids . The location is wonderful !

The pool was great, the location perfect, the elevator was slow and cramped access from the garage.

Ideal for a one night stay

Parking garage is ROUGH to park 3 vehicles side by side especially if other drivers aren’t considerate of others. Our room had been updated and hallways were as well. Bathtub had stains and ceiling was old ragged looking. Had to make 3 calls to maintenance which they responded and handled issues but frustrating to call. No lightbulbs in one light. Sink stopped up. Other lamps didn’t work properly. Housekeeping was requested to change sheets because fitted sheet didn’t fit. That wasn’t done plus the bed was just thrown together. Housekeeping was witnessed in one room sitting down watching tv. Front desk ladies were amazing! Always very helpful no matter what we needed. We would consider staying again hopefully renovations are in the works!!

Good location, within walking distance of everything on the strip. Room was relatively clean but dated. The smell of weed was prevalent. Did see a bear while walking along the creek side, which was cool. The parking is atrocious… they don’t have enough room and the spaces are too tight.
-
The location is perfect, but the rooms are small and dated. Parking is problematic if you’re driving a pickup or large SUV , the ceiling is very low and the lanes are not marked adequately for the traffic patterns.
-
The hotel location makes it easy to walk anywhere downtown. Breakfast could use a change up some days. It was the same eggs, sausage patty, biscuit and gravy daily. Coffee was good Parking can be challenging in the garage if you have a larger vehicle.
