It was right in the middle of everything without feeling like it was in the middle of everything☺️ There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Location was great. Atmosphere was great. No microwave in room.

Breakfast was best ever! The friendliness of everyone of staff was great! They went out of their way to help you! Can’t wait to go back! Nothing!

The location, the cleanliness, the breakfast. Most of all the front desk staff is amazing! Best ladies ever! The incredibly rude rent a cop they have working at night. When we came in late to check in he rudely made us park all the way around the back of the building instead of allowing me to run in for less than 5 mins. I have never been to a hotel that does not allow you to park out front to check in. There was plenty of room to pull off to the side if anyone were to come in behind me. He’s not friendly, doesn’t smile, walks around like he owns the place, and quite frankly if this were our first time coming it would have been our last just because of him.

The hotel has a great location if you want to be in the heart of Gatlinburg The hotel is advertised as historic which of course it is, but the facilities are not just old but a bit run down. The entire hotel has an "old" (musty) smell which may bother those with allergies erc.

Right in the heart of Gatlinburg! Lived staying here and will definitely come back. Nice hot breakfast daily.

some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had hot staff was courteous plenty of food. Excellent nostalgic place to stay close to downtown to shop so you don’t have to pay to park.

Great stay

Staff was very friendly and great location. The Inn was very outdated, lighting very deem, cable went out at 930 each night and the floor was not clean.

As always, we had a wonderful stay at the Gatlinburg Inn. They have a great full breakfast. Located centrally on the parkway, making it easy to get wherever you want to go. Swimming pool is a nice size, and you can watch people go up and down the chair lift.

Love the historic feel! The staff is amazing. We had an issue while booking through Expedia and the staff worked with us to correct the issue. Highly recommend. The breakfast is one of the best in town and is included with your stay!! Room was very clean.

Really nice people! First time staying here. I would not recommend if you hate a cardboard bed and moldy bathroom ceilings. However I booked a room for my older children at the Hampton. Their tissue was softer and the beds were more comfortable than this place. I would only recommend if you just want a unique older stay and a great tasting breakfast. Besides that there are other places I’ve stayed in Gatlinburg and was more relaxed. Price was too high in opinion!

The location is excellent. The property has a lot of charm. The staff is great. The breakfast is excellent. Good value for the money and they don't make you pay to park in their parking lot. Convenient to walking Gatlinburg.
