The beds were comfortable. The showers were amazing. The room was cozy and comfortable. The balcony view was incredible and allowed me to view the local bear activity from a safe distance. The downstairs coffee and food were excellent as well. The location can't be beat and walking distance from all the local shopping and activities.

We had an amazing time! Loved everything at the resort. From the grounds to the room, very well kept and clean. Beautiful pool! Lot of different areas to sit and relax. Loved relaxing by the fire pits on the rocking chairs. We will definitely go back!

I can understand charging extra for parking at a downtown highrise hotel where the majority of the travelers do not have a car. But in a location like Gatlinburg, EVERYONE comes in by car, so charging extra to park is just a ruse to make you think you are getting a better room rate.

Overall, our stay was outstanding, from the staff to the room to the property we enjoyed ourselves, we felt like we were with family, this was our fifth time staying in this hotel, we won’t stay anywhere else…
