Very kid friendly, clean, and great staff! The spacious kid friendly pool with pool side service is also an added bonus!

loved the pool, and sun deck. Beautifully decorated inside as well, beds were comfy and rooms were large. in a great area of Gatlinburg. the carpets were a little worn. but that was about it.

This is a super great location right in the heart of all the action. The pool is wonderful. The amenities are very good. The rooms are top-notch me and my two youngest children (teenagers) had a wonderful time.

This sounds silly but it’s big for me, the room is sound proof! never heard any annoying hall noises like other places. I love that. Cool places to eat right next to it and you can walk to the attractions near by. My only gripe, no free breakfast! lol I really would have enjoyed that. It wasn’t the cheapest but it was worth the price. Can’t wait to stray there again!
