Everything about this hotel was great from the clean rooms, the hotel location, pricing, the discount items that were given at check in

Great location, Room was very nice with great details.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location . We rented a suite and the room was amazing. The only reason I have it a four and not a five is because the bed was not very comfortable and there was not a door to separate the living room from the bedroom , which is normally not a big deal but the shades in the living room did not block out any light so the bedroom was never dark and I like it dark when I sleep .

I would definitely stay again

I loved everything about this place even tho a bear got into our car. So keep that in mind

The staff were very nice. The pool was kept very clean. I loved that they have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the guests to use the 24 hr laundry room. The room that my friend and I booked was very clean. I would stay here again.

I wish there was a choice for this review that was above excellent. We loved everything about the Hotel Indigo. Will certainly return and tell all our friends about this new and exciting place to stay in Gatlinburg.

Very clean rooms and new hotel, bathroom was amazing other than the sliding door, bears will try go get into your vehicle in the summer. Great location that is off the main road with its own parking but still walkable to all the attractions downtown and affordable!
-
Absolute awesome experience! From the entrance to the staff to decor and the bathroom. Perfect location downtown to get around. Highly recommended!

Cons: Rooftop restaurant dinner options and food sub par. Restroom in the room had a barn door vs a solid door - little privacy. Starbucks was supposed to be op. To 3pm on Saturday and they were closed when we got back into the hotel around 2:30.

Location is great, walking distance from the downtown, very neat and clean, it is a newer built property. Everything was gorgeous, overall experience was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gatlinburg

Nice hotel if in Gatlingburg would stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and so was the view. The view from the pool was just amazing. We only had 2 dings to mention. The first is the hotel breakfast at Altitude we were told to wait to be seated as other guests just walked past and sat down. Instead of asking them to wait in line they took their order while we waited. The staff at breakfast was completely lost. They kept asking people if they wanted to order when someone had already done it. When the food came it was cold and missing ingredients as we were told they ran out of items. A restaurant shouldn't run out of basic ingredients. The second issue was we had to keep asking them to clean the room as we would leave early and return in the late afternoon and the room was untouched. We would have to go to the lobby to ask them to clean it then sit in the lobby waiting instead of relaxing in our room.
