Rooms had not been cleaned, hair on towels, stained bedding and smell of mold. Changed rooms, wasn't any better. Homeless hanging outside the rooms, questionable safety.

In the room where I staying I’m seeing cockroaches

Staff was nice. They warned us not to leave food in car because of bears. Our neighbors didn't listen and a black bear destroyed there car window in the night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crossroads Inn in Gatlinburg this weekend! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around Gatlinburg. It was a nice place to come back to after a busy day exploring. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Stayed one night and loved it! Great location and was able to walk everywhere we went! Very spacious and clean room. Very quick check in and check out and staff was very helpful! Would stay here again next time we visit Gatlinburg.

The room was cleaned, but had a stale smell to them. For the stay it was nice amd convenient to everywhere we were going.

We got a suite and the room was very clean, the fella at the front desk was very nice and the property as a whole was extremely clean for the price, parking was easy and I love that it was right at the entrance to gatlinburg and you could walk from the hotel to the strip and shop I would definitely stay again
