Crossroads Inn & Suites

Our room was amazing! I loved the separate sitting room, our jacuzzi tub was fantastic after a long day and the location was perfect! Parking can be difficult if you arrive later in the evening (the parking lot is kinda small- but for us it was not an issue). We did not use the pool, but it was definitely being enjoyed by other guests.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of town easy to get to pigeon forge with out of going through traffic jams and a good price easy walk to attractions

I’m not sure how any one could rate this higher than a 1 or 2 star. It was a room to sleep that’s about it. The room is pretty gross and the pool isn’t great. I ll definitely stay else were next time.

Convenient parking with easy access to lots of Gatlinburg attractions. The staff was very helpful.

Clean room, great location

Lot of noise between rooms and talking outside 11 pm at night. Had someone start up his motorcycle at around 11 pm, Ran it for a good 10 minutes giving it gas then left for about 15 minutes and came back but after stopping, shut it off. Otherwise it was OK.

Disappointed no breakfast was included, but it is what it is

Nice place over all We were to get room with kitchenette paid for but didn’t get a kitchenette room. We got room 208 but our paper that we put in our car window said we were to have room 201.

We love staying at this property this was our 3rd time staying there it is near everything that we needed and we will be back again

It was a okay hotel you get what you pay for. There was a dead bug in the bathroom and one of the towels looked dirty/ had a stain. Also the shower looked alittle dirty. If you want to get a cheap stay this is the place for you but if not I don’t recommend

Rooms are updated and spacious Nothing specific

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Everything appeared old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious upkeep. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there, especially with our family, so we left just minutes after checking in and had to find another hotel at the last minute. The only positive part of our experience was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very kind, understanding, and processed our refund without any issues, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were unacceptable. We would not recommend staying here.

Bed was comfortable and location was great! After getting back to the room after an evening on the strip We had a problem with our TV not working and they had someone out there at 9:30pm replacing the TV and didn't make us wait until morning. We will stay there again! The water pressure for the sink could of been stronger, other than that nothing bad about our stay.

The room looked recently renovated and was clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Definitely would stay again. Great location to walk to everything!
