Great location few minutes walk to the center, good breakfast

It was very clean. Easy check in. Great parking. Comfortable room. Close walk to attractions. Great selection at breakfast.

Room was very clean and smelled great. The lazy river water temperature was perfect as was the pool and hot tub. Those areas were clean as well. The breakfast we had consistented of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, basic Continental breakfast items. Balcony faces a busy street as it's close to the shopping strip but when door is closed you can't hear basic traffic unless it's a loud car or someone honks. Staff was very friendly. We would stay here again as the price wasn't horrible either.

Close to town room was clean

Overall this was a disappointing stay. Upon arriving we learned that the pullout sofa in our room was broken and we could not utilize that bed for sleeping. We had counted on it. There were no guarantees of cots, but Staff offered to send us to a separate room. The couch was dirty and the upholstered chairs in the lobby and in the room had liquid stains on them. The comforter had stains on it as well. There was also a carpet staple poking up in the carpet that I stepped on. I was unable to remove it from the Carpet. There was also very poor water pressure in the shower. The pool area was over 100°. There was no ventilation to the outside and the water in the pool was cloudy. The lazy river pool water was evaporated to the second step and it felt like bathwater.

The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. The room was clean with all the necessities. The only bad thing was our room faced the street and vehicles were kinda loud. But it didn't seem to bother us to sleep. Overall I would recommend this place and we would love to stay here next time we're in Gatlinburg!

For a one night stay it was decent. The hotel does need updating but the room was comfortable. As others have mentioned the breakfast area is crowded. The “lobby” bathroom is on the first floor, but the main level is on the second floor.

There was blood stains on the mattress cover when we pulled up the sheets and there was mold in the shower. And the hallway smells like that food you never want to have. The Hot tub and lazy river were nice but the code never worked for the door to the pool. And we checked out early and the staff said they never refund anyone for leaving early so we will have to see I have filled a claim for the unused night we left because check out

When I entered my room, I was greeted by a strong smell of mold and dampness that made the stay uncomfortable. However, it was already late at night, and after a long trip, we had no choice but to stay and get some rest. We remained in that room for several days, and unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. We were informed that housekeeping service had to be requested before 9:00 a.m. However, even when the request was made, the staff often did not arrive until several hours later, making the process inconvenient and ineffective. The most unpleasant part of our stay occurred when I discovered a cockroach inside the box of facial tissues we were using. Finding an insect in a personal hygiene item is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Sleep Inn may be an affordable option, but a lower price should never justify poor cleanliness, inadequate customer service, and substandard room conditions. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. I will definitely not be returning, nor would I recommend it to others.

Stank like a mf definitely get what you pay for. hallways are hot and musty with a musty chlorine and weed smell musty musty. mid breakfast waffles were the only good thing they had a waffle maker bagels muffins and horrible oj and microwaved eggs and sausage dam near look green. lot of ghetto people. dude at the desk was weird ass vibe too. he was proffesional just not very welcoming

The pool and the lazy river were great! The Hot Tub jets didn't always work. The temperature were fantastic though. The room was fabulous though. Clean and the air worked wonderfully. We would definitely stay there again!

The bed sheets and comforter had stains. The light fixture in the bathroom was not covered so there were exposed wires. The washing machine had gunk in it and the dryer did not work at all. The room smelled musty.
-
The staff was extremely nice and the room was clean but a little dated. However for the price I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly

Did not feel safe. Doors were accessible into the building at all times, anyone could be roaming building. Housekeeping services were only available if requested. Parking was very bad. Limited and very confined.
