good location in Gatlinburg, very kind and friendly owner and staff. However, the shower curtain was smelly, and I got hives from the bedsheets.

The property was clean and updated and being visited by a bear twice in the parking lot was a bonus! A bit off the beaten path, but the room rate was worth it

Super clean rooms. Larger than expected. Easy to access. Close to everything.

The man who greeted me at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the room and the room/bed was excellent.

Older but well maintained motel. Nostalgic in that it was probably built in the 60’s. Room, bathroom, beds and carpet was clean, no smells. The location is good, short walk to main street. The trolley picks up right in front of the motel, so it’s easy to get around town. It is a budget, no frills motel but quite economical and well worth the price. The only flaw was cosmetic, the bathtub was peeling and had a couple of rusty spots. Otherwise, everything else was fine. I’d recommend this motel, especially is you’re budget minded.

I actually loved it here. The staff was awesome. Very nice and helpful. It's not fancy but clean and no bugs.

The activity of bears we seen.. We had problems with TV twice and then toilet started messing up..Bathroom needs updating..Had call and did get fixed but that's aggravating.. Bed was not comfortable and our 2nd and last night people were loud and we didn't sleep good either night..

Price was very reasonable to be that close to d'twn Gatlinburg. ( Less than 5min walk) If one doesn't care about all the fancy high priced places to stay, I highly recommend this place. 5 stars.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is older but clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is within walking distance to Anakeesta Village as well as the Skyway Bridge. I would stay here again.
