There were bugs crawling up the wall, the bathtub was rusty, the toilet paper hanger was falling off the wall, the ac did not blow cold, the internet didn’t work we couldn’t even get the tv working. We didn’t end up staying we left and got a different hotel!

More expensive than other hotels, but not as good as other similar hotel, it is an expensive motel, no breakfast, and the towels were used and had (red) stains on it! Faucets were leaking.

The stuff was very pleasant and oriented to Hospitality. They assisted us with an early check in, which we were not expecting it to happened.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Easy checkin and checkout. Property is conveniently located close to Great Smoky mountain national park.

Location The room has a strong, musty odor, and we discovered a bed bug infestation in the bed. My wife and I killed four bed bugs throughout the night and both suffered multiple bites. When I reported this to the front office, the staff dismissed our concerns and claimed that the issue was caused by leaving the door open. This response is unacceptable given the severity of the health and safety hazard.

Bathroom small, and no breakfast, but everything was clean. Just a little old, you can tell it’s an older motel that has been renovated. Front desk staff were super kind. Overall good quality for the price, being downtown was so convenient, I walked to everything instead of paying $20+ for parking.
