The location and staff were good but the room smelled of mold. The photos looked good but the bath tub was peeling and had mold under the shower floor mat and in the cocking around the bath room the ceiling and walls were peeling. The shower literally had times where there was no pressure so the water was barely coming out. If ur goal is to be cheap I guess do what you gotta do. The only good thing was that it’s not in a ghetto or bad area. Just really needs to be updated.

Classic you get what you pay for experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent but not spectacularly clean. No bugs or hair so I can live with it. The first room the AC didn’t work, they moved us immediately so I was grateful for that.

This was extremely dirty with bugs everywhere inside the room and blood stains in the sheets. We did not feel comfortable staying there and left.

At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that this is a Gatlinburg problem and not a problem with their hotel. We asked to be moved to a different room and we were moved to 109. This one was maybe better in terms of quantity of millipedes but it was the same thing. One morning I counted 5 millipedes, and on our last day there was one on the ceiling next to the smoke detector. These millipedes were always appearing in the back of the rooms, far away from the door, and I think they were coming out from some opening around the AC units. Our stay was <$500 for a week in June, walking distance from the downtown and really close to the national park. Had it not been for the millipedes this place would’ve gotten 10/10. Granted there was also no hand soap in the bathroom but for the price we paid I was happy to get a $1.24 soap from Walmart and leave the rest of it for the next guest.

Bed mattresses are too tall. No hand soap. Little ants in bathroom! Staff was very friendly.

Easy check in, clean room.

Great stay here! Very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and approachable. I would stay here again.

Was a very nice stay, room was quiet even with kids in the other rooms. One thing to note do not leave your car unlocked or with food in it there is a black bear that when we were their tried to get into two cars and the weekend before 6 cars were gotten into

Claim it was wide spread

The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!

Room was clean but housekeeping comes way to early. Staff was helpful when needed and quick to solve problems.

Room looked clean but smelled of mildew. Thought it would go away after the air was on but it was horrible. Now my eyes and throat have been bothering me since. I’m not sure if it’s bc it’s a ground floor but I would not stay here again unless I checked the room first. We had kids and luckily only stayed one night.

Additionally, there was hair all over the bathroom, and generally it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. Staff was friendly and accommodating at least, but overall I just don't recommend staying here.

This was our second stay here. It's close to the strip but yet quiet to rest. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Simple hotel but that's ok with us because we one down to get out and explore not hang out in the room. It's a nice clean space to get rest for the night. We will continue to book with them

This place was "good enough". It was clean but old. The TV never worked. If you want cheap and sufficient book here.

The staff and location were nice. The room was nice size for a weekend getaway. The room was clean. It smelled liked bleach when we walked in, which we don't mind. There was hardly any water coming out of the shower.

The location, very easy to get in and out! The rooms were very clean, staff ready to help you out in anyway they can! Nothing!
