Great room near downtown area.

The cottage was perfect, clean and had all we needed. We especially loved the balcony deck with the brook running by. We were content just sitting there and listening to the brook and if course the bear came through that way everyday and it was cool seeing him. We knew not to feed him but he liked us talking to him quietly and posed for a couple pics.

The room was spacious. Nice balcony with view of river. Bears are frequently seen on property. Plenty of parking. Very close to the town and National park.

It was secluded for the most part. It was a way from everybody which was a perk. The outside upkeep was a little overgrown. There were multiple plants growing inside the cabin. It was a little out dated and could use a good cleaning.

The ceiling needs repaired, the tub facet needed fixed. The toliet was loose, my husband tightened it. The sink facet dripped all the time. The grounds needed weeded & cleaned up some. The floor in our room wasn't mopped very well, my socks were dirty

The deck was nice and we saw a bear just outside our cabin every day. Exciting. Was disappointed that the hot tub & pool were closed. That was one of the reasons I chose Carr's

The mantel was dusty. The faucet leak, reported that to front desk.

Parking lot was hard getting in and out. Rooms were outdated.

Rented cabin for 2 nights 300 +got there the room was dark cob webs all over fireplace and a big spider...NOT moved us to room 9 very outdated and deck a mess. .Never again will they get my hard working money.LEARN HOW TO CLEAN AND DO SOME UPDATES

Close to downtown, wonderful view off the balcony, ac works , bed was clean and comfortable. Great TV, good water pressure. Parking out side the door so felt safe. Floors were not mopped, there was a cockroach on the bathroom counter. When they cleaned my room halfway through my stay. They didn’t clean the toilet seat and the floors were dirty

Facility was good for the price. Very nice location. It was close to everything, but far enough away to be quite. The bed was very comfortable. They need more outlets, especially for electronics.

The air conditioner was working, so there was a humidifier that was okay. However it was still uncomfortable with the heat.

It has been very relaxing enjoyable. I love the cottages. I’m down here on vacation. I’m from Kentucky and it was the best part of the summer to come down.In.

Motel was out of the high traffic of Gatlinburg, but still close enough to walk to attractions and restaurants. The creek was wonderful. Beds were so comfy.
