Overall will not stay there anymore and will not recommend to my friends. For short trip I survived lol

The room was very clean and fairly newly updated. The whirlpool tub was awesome. And the king size bed was very comfortable. It looked outdated from the outside. Butty when you enter the room, it's a whole different experience. There really isn't anything I didn't like.

Location and price. Comfortable. We got to see a bear, so happy I would stay there again!
-
Bathroom floor was filthy..back of the bathroom door also filthy.

A/C works well, if has a full size fridge and plenty of parking . Carpets are worn out and needs replacement.

We were very surprised at the updates and cleanliness of our room. There was a really good size refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of towels - loved the photos on the wall and on the window shade. Wonderful location to walk to eating places and to catch the trolley - or only a 20 min walk to the Aquarium. Easy parking! Liked doing check in with our phones. Microwave did need some better cleaning inside, however, we did not need to use it. You could use some better signs to explain where to check in - better to drive there than walk - when you first get in. Tissue box would have been nice.

Facilities could be improved

Nothing besides the price. The rooms definitely did not look like the pictures, pretty deceiving. The room smelled like cigarettes and just musty. Carpet was disgusting. The soap dispenser in bathroom is soap only and is drying. It’s like liquid Dial. The office is hidden around the corner and down inner road. It was late and we just needed a place to rest and shower. Front office lady took an excessive time to check me in. I booked through Booking.com and the room was pre-paid. She said I still had a balance. She checked me in and after I got settled in, she calls me and says I didn’t give her my ID. Well, she didn’t ask for it. I told her I was going to take a shower and she proceeds to ask if I could bring it “now.” Told her no….again, jumping in the shower. I ended up sending her a picture. I did not complain. It was late and I was tired. And if I complained, it would be to someone who was incompetent. To add to insult, there was a bug on my sweater. I killed it and took a picture and looks like a bedbug!

Love the location, staff was very nice and helpful. Felt safe, got to see a bear. Never did get the time to try the pool or hot tub but it looked nice. Bed was nice. Not the cleanest or nicest room I’ve been in. But for the value it was great.

The office was helpful pools was great rooms was clean and they gave plenty of towels felt safe normally I do not sleep good first night in a motel but this one I was comfortable The office was a little far so would drive car but not bad

Too far to walk to strip and there are a few things in the rooms that need to be upgraded. Overall it was a good stay.

The convenience of the location is great, you can walk to the strip in Gatlinburg, and if you need a evening drink, the stations down the road have beer options as well as non-alcoholic drinks as well. Walking to the strip or the parking decks will be about a 10-15 minute walk and will provide the ease of having to pay for parking at the strip. The price is pretty affordable for a last second getaway, we stayed in a king room with a Jacuzzi tub which was also very clean but did have a small leak so our water didnt stay up while we were soaking. There is a also a decent sized shower/tub combination in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, I believe it was a memory foam mattress or topper, though I suggest bringing your own pillows. You may exchange a good affordable price for some noisy neighbors as the walls in this place are a bit thin and you can hear the faintest of conversations next door. A few other issues include the traffic, with the walls being thinner, traffic and other day to day operations are not muffled and life starts early around Gatlinburg. Our room was fairly clean with the faintest odor of an older place and previous occupants possibly smoking Cannabis related products in it or just outside and the smell lurking its way into the room.

Overall everything was above average

Nice hot tub

It was pretty close to the main strip in Gatlinburg The initial room we was given had very visible stains on the bedding and was provided another room which appeared good until upon further inspection which the wall unit ac had visible Black Mold and the ironing board was covered in stains , the bathroom shower head was nasty I had to clean it before I showered and the bathroom door had mildew all over it.
