There was no body soap in the shower. The soap looked to have been dripping from the container. The shampoo holder was broken. The website said it included breakfast but there was a sign saying it was not offered. Just a coupon for the pancake house next door. Same discount that you can get from any store it looked like.

When I booked the hotel they stated that they provided breakfast. We stayed here many times and the breakfast was always above par. No without it I won’t stay there unless they bring it back. They did not clean our room. No trash pick up no new towels

The microwave door was blocked by the upper cabinet doors. Kind of a pain to use the microwave.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the front desk did not call me to let me know I could check in, so I had to wait until 6pm to check in.

Could hear the guests above us on 4th floor. Sounded like kids running in and out of room.

It was bit far from the main city but has access to free Trolley nearby.
