Awesome experience will stay again a bear walk right beside our room every night

For the best room experiences and staff that I have had experience with cleanness politeness breakfast was amazing every morning

Had trouble the first night . Asked and was sitting out on the second.

The room definitely needed some updating. Air conditioner did not work well as the room was very damp and sticky. Had to have someone from the front desk to help get our tv to work. In general the hotel needed some good maintenance and updating.

The included breakfast was very good Would stay again

The room was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. Outside could be updated a little bit but overall good for the money.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The sightings of the black bears behind and in front of our hotel was incredible and the stream running right behind our room was amazing to sit out and listen to. The breakfast is good and the location of the lodge is just up the hill from main attractions. Would definitely do it again

The room itself could’ve used a deep clean. The floors were not clean (as evidenced by our dirty socks). The bed was clean and comfy and the bathroom was pretty clean. The shower floor could have used a good scrub. The room had a dining table but only one short stool. We ate on the balcony which was amazing. All in all, I would definitely stay again.

My flight was delayed 3 times on my day of travel, pushing my arrival time to the property after midnight at which time I would not be allowed to check in. That would leave me a senior citizen alone at night trying to find a place. I had to cancel my refund was denied.

Once inside our room we found it to be very clean and well equipped with a fridge, coffee pot, iron, and extra blanket. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water came on quickly for the shower. We don't eat many carbs for breakfast so we chowed down on the scrambled eggs which were the best we've had at any buffet and this was towards the end of breakfast hours. The only drawbacks were my pillow seemed a lumpy and the WiFi wasn't great. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!

Not bother trying to get reimbursed for the next two nights. Not a very good experience.

Not clean or maintained.

Everything about our trip was awesome! The only thing I would complain about is that the breakfast is the same everyday. If your there for a couple nights it's not a issue but we were there for a week. I definitely will be coming back there next year when we come back!

Wifi doesn’t work at all

We enjoyed our stay here. I would stay here again. It was clean and the location was great.

The location was great; however, the room was dated. Additionally, the room had a musty smell, and we had no closet or place to hang up hangered clothes. I wish I had understood exactly where the room was located for the price quoted on Expedia.

Great stay. Clean and peaceful

If you want to see some bears stay here! We had a perfect view of multiple bears from out creek side balcony. Room was nice, would have been perfect if those “ finishing touches “ were done. Little things like touching up paint, replacing shower curtain ( which was clean) replacing the carpet. The staff was friendly.
