Pillows The faucet was coming away from the wall and the floor got my feet dirty

Quite and peaceful right next to the mall and other things at walking distance There was roaches some dead and some alive other little insects I have no clue of bed looked like it was just made and not cleaned had ashes or something on it no microwave and had to go to the hotel next door if I needed things poor staffing

We also got access to the pool at the adjacent hotel. Parking can be tough at times when at full capacity.

Staff It was dirty, mold in the tubs with no stopper, beds were gross with stains.

Location Everything else! There was no refrigerator, or microwave, and the hot water was only a couple of degrees warmer than the cold water hardly any difference. There was a lot of suspicious looking locals living in the motel, and apparent drug deals happening in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor, and do not ruin your trip by staying here.

If you are looking for a new clean smelling room that makes you feel clean and cozy this place is not for you. If you are all about the bottom dollar and realize you're only in a room to sleep and you don't care about looks, smells, and a general feeling of safety then this place might be for you. Great to walk all around town and you have very easy access to side by side rentals.

The location ONLY There room was dirty there was holes in the wall the bathroom walls was falling apart the doors didnt lock i seen JAIL CEILS BETTER THEN THIS

They never changed the sheets - like a month went by before they cleaned or did anything other than take out the trash. The staff there were so rude especially one of the cleaning ladies - she had a bad attitude and i never even talked to them.

Liked absolutely nothing. Ghetto asf. Someone tried to break in to our room and we (3 young women) didn’t feel safe and wanted a refund and were refused. We’re in there for a whole 17 minutes and left. Signs of bed bugs, dirty bathroom, floors gross Everything

Location This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We didnt even stay both nights. No curtains over bathroom window. Walls paper thin adjoining room people keep us up all night no phone to complain. ROACHES. No cups to brush teeth. The whole place was DISGUSTING. NEVER STAY AGAIN

I made it to the hotel and did not like it, half the rooms was even being used. Building was old and rooms had a smell to them. So I did not stay, I went somewhere else!! Everything, the only thing I did like was the lady at the office, I asked to see the room she was offering for me to stay in and it was extremely little and had a smell and the building was old. She showed me another room which it was bigger but still had a certain smell and I just really really didn't like the property! But the lady was really nice

The window in the bathroom had no blinds nor curtain so it was difficult using the bathroom since someone could see you. Also water was barley coming out of the shower head in the tub.

The proximity to downtown Gatlinburg Terrible condition overall. Water wouldn’t get warm, big gaps around the doors, the broken and loose tiles in the bathroom, the balcony railing was unsafe, having a patio chair as the room chair, the unsafe balcony chairs, not having the front office on the site (we found out it was down the hill at the Howard Johnson).
