Pretty close to everything. Pretty flawless check in. The lady told us we could check in early and we did. We had somebody just walked right in the condo about 20 minutes after our arrival. Not sure who it was. But no issues otherwise. Pretty clean. Nice having a stovetop and everything needed to cook while we was hanging out. Could get to the strip quickly. I’d stay here again for sure.

The location was perfect. The condo however, was in really bad shape. The property itself was very old and outdated. The condo we stayed in was very worn and not very clean. The refrigerator was rusted all down the side. The shower head was terrible. The pool was nice but that's about it. I would not stay in this condo again unless it was seriously renovated.

Location was great, you could walk to anywhere you wanted to go in downtown Gatlinburg. Covered parking was a plus and very convenient during our stay. Loved the fact there was an indoor and outdoor pool. Will definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends

Super close walking distance to all of downtown. Ober mt right next door. Room was perfect for the 2 of us and clean

Location, cleanliness Sleeper sofa and note left on truck windshield to not park there because work would be done on ceiling over parking spot. Would have been great to be given warning at booking since I wasn’t planning on going back to the truck, luckily I had forgot something in there.

I didn’t like not having a manger on site.

The place was clean but it is dated and showing wear. There were holes in the walls, one lamp didn't work in the bedroom, the refrigerator kept things cool but not cold.

Was a decent room for the price. It was a little confusing trying to get checked in.

The pull out sofa bed was not suited for sleeping. Lost all of it's bedding, you were sleeping on springs. Worst 2 nights I have ever had sleeping on a bed. The lamp stand in the living room is loose, slanted and falls down when touched. There is a bulb out in the hanging light over the dining room table and a globe is missing. Other than the worst 2 nights sleeping on springs in the sofa pullout bed everything else was alright.

Close to all the attractions Garbage trucks at 5 am. We thought it was bears getting in the trash. Nope just the garage man waking us up ...

No hot water and the water was orange. Property would never answer phone or messages to help us out. Ended up just leaving the room and went to another hotel just to take a shower. Horrible waste of money.

Better quality sheets would of been a bonus.

It was ok. Fairly clean. Entire room was kinda shabby and furnished with very outdated items. Duct tape on carpet threshold. Location was great. I will say the pics are very misleading. The unit i rented was not the room in the pics.

The broken recliner was one thing. The dilapidated couch was one thing. The garbage service accessively banging every morning at 4am was one thing. But the hot water supply wasn’t even good enough for one person to shower let alone 6 people. Cold showers was the last straw… There also no staffed office personnel.

It was close to town The room was outdated the water was brown couldn’t take a shower because the shower head did not work or u only had scolding hot water because if you turn the cold on the hot water would quit working the sink cabinet was busted all to pieces room was not clean the ceiling tiles looked like they were so filled with moisture and there was mold all over them where the air vents were . Also they were blowing out cold air we had to put the thermostat up to 75 just to get room temp

Clean and clear direction as in check instructions. Cozy, and had everything you could need. Was unsure of the parking but figured it out pretty fast.
