The Timber at Holly Branch

The shower and restroom is spacious and clean. The daily continental breakfast is good and the best place to see bears walk throughout the property. Every morning we got to see bears, it was a dream. Make sure you lock your cars, as the bears are great at opening doors, as the paw prints on our car pointed out. In the back there is an area for some outdoor games, but be aware of bears! The location is optimal, as it is close enough to the city, but far from tourists noise and traffic. Loved Pam and her team, very professional and friendly. She's always there and ready to help or chat about the bears. We loved our stay there and even extended it another night. We can't wait to vacation there next year.

Nice clean rooms, Shower very small but ok

We loved the quiet location, the beautiful rooms and bathroom! The beds are incredibly comfortable and room darkening curtains certainly allow for some extra sleep in the morning. I felt like I was being taken care of pre-covid style. IYKYK! There is a nespresso machine right in the room and a fridge for your leftovers, especially if you eat at Flapjacks! My teenage boys loved the stay too!

The place was clean, Kudos to Caleb who was hardworking and delightful to talk with. Eric the manager/bartender was cordial, helpful and informative. It was a pleasure chatting with him also.

Great place. ... very clean, bed is very comfortable, and very close to town. Bartender and bar on site is 5 star! We didn't get to try the food at the restaurant because we were only there one night. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little get away! Tucked away but yet close to the attractions.

Great location. Loved the bear visits and the on property bar at the end of the day. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. It was clean when we got there.

Amazing rooms, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Saw a bear! It was a short walk to the Main Street in gatlinburg!

The bed was slightly harder than I prefer And the shower head sprayed the whole floor below almost to the sink and toilet so I had to clean it up for fear of slipping and falling on it.

There is ample parking, the walls of the rooms are thin and can get noisy. Was able to hear people loudly up until 2 or 3 am and being a light sleeper I couldnt sleep well, Otherwise the stay was fine.

The rainfall shower head was awesome. Simple set up just the right size for my family and I. No complaints

The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill stuff. We had to call the hotel 5 times on their customer care number when the routine room service wasnt done for 3 days starting and we were running out of fresh towel and toiletaries. This was the most frustrating part.

Very clean and quiet. Shower was by big and room. It made me feel like I was at home. Outside there was fire pit and chairs to enjoy the evening.

The room was spacious, clean, and access was easy. Really like the cabin feel without need to rent an entire cabin. Outdoor spaces were very enjoyable, and relaxing. 1. The couch in our room had very large and gross stains. So bad we didn’t want to sit on it. Needs to be replaced. 2. One of the fire pits had a ring that wouldn’t lite and so the smell of gas was bad sitting around it. 3. TV in the living room would not allow me to cast from my phone. Worked on bedroom tv no problem.

My family loved the rooms and the location. The spacious living room, high ceilings, bathroomIt was great. We will definitely be back.
