I booked a villa king bed, but got a queen small room, but it was ready shortly after we got there so..... room was still pretty good but the shower water pressure was the worst...overall enjoyed my stay and would return. food was excellent in restaurant...

Everything was amazing!!!

Rooms were super clean and property was beautiful, staff was more than willing to accommodate my request and made our weekend Absolutely spectacular!! my only complaint is that I got tricked into sitting through a timeshare presentation. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Property was very Clean, the Room I got was an upgrade due to a studio with no windows and on Website the studio had a window 🤔overall they have awesome Views and plenty of activities for families and or couples. Exit the resort and to the left is Gatlinburg about 3 miles and to the Right is Pigeon Forge about 4 miles which made it a perfect location to go and do the tons of activities outside the resort.

We loved the water park and amenities.

Property was nice. Much better for families with small kids. A bit too much for just my husband and I. The “rooms” are very pretty. Up to date appliances and furnishings however the insulation sure leaves A LOT to be desired! The people above us stomped the floor all hours of the night making it sound as though someone was knocking on the door. I didn’t get much sleep at all! And the toilet was all around strange. Very little water in the bowl and when you flush it literally threw water everywhere! Thank goodness I close the lid after use before flushing! (I always make sure the plumbing is in order when I check in just because I’ve been ‘burned’ one too many times so that’s how I came to know about the splashing)Over all the place served its purpose for what we needed. 7/10.

Westgate Resort is amazing. You don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. We loved it. Ee will definitely come back to stay.

Been here many many times. I love it. Great place for families with children of all ages. Great place for anyone really.

They closed the water park and pools because of possibly lighting in the area as soon as we got there so we didn’t get to enjoy the day.

Everything was close to property. The trolly rides and shuttle transportation right on the property. You can leave your vehicle parked all vacation. Rooms were clean and tidy. Wash and dryer were a plus for me with the kids constantly changing and dirtying clothes. Staff was very friendly.

Really loved my stay with the family and I will plan to go back in the near future. One one thing the Water Park needs updates please they charge extra to get access which can added yup with a family of five. They should give us discounts for staying at the hotels or something. But so far I enjoyed my stay and we got to see a Bear on the property pretty cool.

Really good property and helpful staff. Excellent ammenities.
