When having this listing on Expedia, it should clearly say that waterpark is not included with the resort. It’s very misleading. So you make reservations because you want to take your kids to a waterpark and turn around and have to spend additional money for waterpark tickets.

The place is beautiful and relaxing

Kids and adults had a great time celebrating the 4th of July I think it should be mentioned clearly in the ad that the indoor water park is not included in the stay. We did end up paying the extra and didn’t really feel it was worth it. Maybe in the winter it would be tho.

Rose was not super friendly at check in. They told me this was a non smoking property but people were smoking at all trams stops. People were smoking in the unit next to us and left cups of cigarettes butts around. The views around the resort are great.

The property cleaning needed improvement there a blood spot on my bed linen and food on utensil the shower area was dusty

Before booking check and see what all is included. We were under impression waterpark included, it was not! They are not flexible in any way, the staff half wonderful, the other half rude and useless. The room was excellent. No communication or signage on main road to direct you to entrance. The waterpark closes at 7 pm not 11. They gave us no information about anything on property!

Una estancia muy mala desde el principio hasta el final empezando que cuando llegue la habitación no tenía climatización y desde las 5 de la tarde hasta las 11 de la noche estuve en ese disgusto además estaba lloviendo y por razones del hotel el parque de agua bajo techo estaba en reparación en fin no pude disfrutar nada de nada lo planiado

The property was between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, along a forested hillside. It was nice to feel remote but only a few miles for restaurants & shopping.
