Water draining issue( very slow) in the vanity area(wash basin) Bugs coming from the tub Trash was picked but within few hrs we noticed lot of ants.. Breakfast was pretty good. Torn bedsheet. I took pictures of the bugs in the room

Everything was decent for the great price

Really good location. The hotel is really dated. The office where we had to check in had an overwhelmingly strong smell of naphthalene that was really difficult and gave me a head ache. I won’t stay there again.

Everything

Expedia advertised room with 2 queen and 1 double. When checking in the front desk informed me they do not have a room configuration like that.

Nice big bedroom. Bathroom door and room door had paint chipped off.

Room was never actually cleaned and sheets never replaced even after asking for our room to be cleaned. Was very happy with the breakfast, clean pool, quiet relaxing atmosphere

Everything was good, but I would have liked if they folded the bedsheets when they cleaned the room. Room looked nice, except for the fact that the bedsheets were undone.

We loved out suite. The building is older and needs structural maintenance but it was still very nice. The breakfast was amazing! The bed could use a new mattress.

We love this hotel and stay every time we go to Gatlinburg. It is affordable and well located. Breakfast is always good. Jimmy and Dennis have been on staff for years. Had to only do 3 stars because the housekeeping was bad. On the first night, we didn't get any housekeeping. On the 2nd night, there was a pile of dirt left on our floor. On the 3rd night we only got new towels, no beds made...and there was some trash and a hair left outside on the entrance balcony. Not sure if this was a staffing issue or just an employee not doing their job well. Either way, it made what is always a really nice stay a bit less pleasant.

The hotel was very outdated. The floors needed to be replaced. We could hear the guests next door to us talking. The hotel did not mimic the pictures that were displayed online.

The suite is great size if stay for a few days. However the hairdryer was broken and toilet lid was loose. When reported all that was said was we are sorry. Didn't try to fix the problem.

Honestly I had a bad experience my room was pretty dirty. The floor wasn’t swept my there will still candy wraps and hair comb on the floor. Bedsheet was dirty as well. I only stay one night then left early.

Didn't make it to the breakfast during my stay. Had ant issues in my room. Woke up with them in the bed at times. Assigned to a pet room, so call ahead if you're not traveling with a pet. I requested a room with mountain views, but ended up on the front side with the residents. I did not know people lived there as a extended stay. There was an attempt to update the rooms, but there was still a lot of outdated things and the plugs near the bed were weird. But the room was spacious and there was a fridge and microwave.

The check in process was smooth and easy. The staff were very nice and informative about bears. However the lobby/room had a smell like “old people smell” and there were ants/gnats near the entry of the room we stayed in. Images are misleading. Continental breakfast was not good.

We initially stayed because friends were meeting us there, despite having concerns when we arrived. At first glance, the room seemed acceptable, but it didn’t take long to notice numerous issues. There was visible grime around the air conditioner, and what appeared to be mold both inside and outside the unit, along with several other cleanliness concerns throughout the room. The most serious issue occurred after we left the hotel for a pre-planned event. We discovered tiny bugs or mites on us that we believe originated from the room. We immediately stopped to remove them and contacted the hotel to explain the situation, informing them that we would return later to retrieve our belongings. To avoid carrying the bugs into another hotel or bringing them home, we were forced to stop at Walmart and spend approximately $80 on heavy-duty trash bags, insect spray, and replacement clothing. We then had to wash and dry our clothing on high heat for an extended period, treat our belongings, and seal our suitcases and cloth bags until we could properly address the issue at home. What made the experience even more frustrating was the response from hotel staff. When I spoke with the front desk, I was informed that we would still be charged for two nights. The clerk and manager showed little concern for the situation.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 night, everything about this was awesome and breakfast was the best.

Hotel was well situated very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all the action as well as the national park. The light from the main road appeared to be out of order and it made it difficult to find the hotel as we arrived after dark check-in check out went smoothly room was very large with a nice view out onto the front patio area. Bathroom was well equipped and we had two beds that were comfortable morning. Breakfast was very good included hot food, such as waffles, sausage, gravy biscuits, scrambled eggs, dry cereal, and toast and bagels was a great breakfast at the Gatlinburg hotel.
