Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg North

Location was good. The place just needs some upgrades.

The property was very nice for our stay over just one night. We had a pet along and the room what’s very roomy.

Loved just sitting on the balcony watching everything go bye.

The view was amazing! It was fairly close to what we wanted to do.

The location was good but the hotel is needing care. The local staff (man) was colorful but brusk. I would go somewhere else next time.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by an older gentleman who was not very welcoming, who was very rude. Basically told me that anybody who books on Hotels.com or any type of app like that that they don’t get notified so he didn’t even have notification that we were coming from Florida to Tennessee on our first night there and he was very cutthroat basically told us that it was a waste of time to use these apps to book a room then when I asked him a question he rudely responded and then I said well that’s why I’m asking because obviously I’m asking for a reason. I did not know the answer and he basically was like here’s your card. Here’s your room number. We paid handed us a piece of paper to tell us if basically if we keep any food in our vehicle and a bear breaks into it it’s our problem room had a nice fireplace. We were on the sixth floor. We had a corner view room for some reason we had bugs in our room like we went out the door, but we didn’t leave the door open type of thing like walked out and you immediately close the door and we end up having like I don’t know if it was ants a moth. I have no clue what it was but we have a couple bugs inside the room and it took forever for the rooms to get cold. The tub inside the room was nice with the TV and the bed and the little fireplace was nice. Don’t know if they have ice machines we look for one couldn’t find one couldn’t find stuff to help direct us. Elevator seemed a little sketchy. Over all will not use them again! Rudeness

It has a clean little balcony with table and two chairs. I walked around the room for a few hours out of necessity because I normally don’t go barefoot. The test of cleanliness is the bottom of feet. Mine stayed looking like I had just stepped out of the shower. The staff were very attentive but not annoying. The breakfast had several many options including waffles, eggs, sausage and others. Again, immaculate. There’s only one downside. He’s an employee the management is aware is rude to customers. What a shame. Your hotel really is a rare one for one so affordable.

Was a nice and pretty quiet area. We got to see a bear while there.

The building needs to be insect sprayed and painted looks run down. For the price I paid should have been better maintenance.

Rooms were clean, spacious and well laid out. Every room has a fireplace and ours even had a huge balcony. The views were amazing with the river and the forests, and the location was perfect for walking but far removed from the all-night noise and bustle of downtown. Pretty sure they don't have a maintenance staff. paint was sloppy and peeling everywhere, even the plaster on the walls in the bathroom was coming off. The shower had zero pressure and screamed at us the whole time. Sad to see such a beautiful place let go like this.

Location was perfect. The rooms were big and roomy and very clean and bonus. We had a bear at our hotel which made my whole visit. We put in for a handicap room lower level. They stuck us up on the sixth floor. That was my only complaint.

It's a half mile from the main parkway you can either walk or use the trolley if you want to avoid driving down there and paying to park. I was traveling with my dog and it is an extra $20 per night for your pet which was listed on the booking page as well. Overall my dog and myself were comfortable and it was a good stay

That it was on the outside but still walking distance of attractions! The views very nice ! And the pool was great! There is not a hot tub it’s a kid pool! Our fireplace did not work! But over all it was super clean and private balcony was nice. Plus has an elevator major plus! And handicap accessible! That our keys got shut off 2 hours before checkout! And they rushed us out of breakfast room and started taking food away 30 mins before it was over!

everything went well. the pool was the perrfect temperature and breakfast was a decent variety, fresh and very accessible not too busy not packed. the older gentleman that checked me in was very friendly how early breakfast ended it was hard to get up and ready to go with teenagers before 930am and the tv is pretty old and the remote did not work hardly with it

There were bugs in 2 different rooms. We did not end up staying there because of that.
