We love the balcony on the river in the hot tub in the pool. Breakfast is quite good with biscuits and gravy. It was very nice tall. We had a great sack. People are very kind and I enjoyed it was clean. Will come back.

Check in was easy but staff seemed to hate their jobs. Not rude but not exactly welcoming either. Very convenient location. We rented a connected room. Beds were clean but the linens on one of the beds had visible stains. The room didnt look to be throughly cleaned. Under the beds and behind them were pretty filthy. Bathrooms seemed clean however we had a issue with a clogged toilet in one of the rooms so we ended up having to share a bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Could have been worse but it also could have been much better.

This is an old property that looks like they are working on trying to improve. It was dirty in the hallways, there was over flowing garbage next to the ice machine & the stairwell stunk like weed. We only stayed 1 night on our way out of town it’s not someplace I would recommend for a longer stay where you want to feel comfortable.

The room was clean and the balcony was good but need some exterior maintenance and would be nice to have a small table in addition to the 2 chairs. Bath tub needs to be replaced. It appears to have been painted and the paint has bee painted over, rust in one corner. Night 1 was good, day 2 room next door had a dog that barked all day. We were unable to relax in the room. Talked with staff, they were going to reach out to guest. Preparing to go out for the evening, the dog still continued to bark. Stopped by front desk again, same response- they would try to reach dog's owner. After returning the dog continued to bark until after 11 pm. Parking is not adequate. Would not choose to stay here again.

The location was excellent, beautiful river! The room was clean and comfortable beds. We were on the third floor and near the vending machines it smelled like cat urine.
