Baymont by Wyndham Gatlinburg On The River

I loved the fact that there was a river right there and we were able to open the back door and sit and just listen to the river flow and see all the wildlife. Mostly birds since there was houses and other hotels close by but overall we will be back again!

Clean rooms nice cleaning staff breakfast was ok it was hot and had options

Room was great. Recent renovation firm bed and pillows. Problem is the road noise. Its really bad. Your room is 20 ft from a 4 lane highway. On the other side of the road is a very tall wall that reflects the road noise back towards the hotel. You will not sleep during the day at all or until after 10 at night. Get a room as far towards main st as you can. The tall wall ends about half way towards Main St. Would stay again but only in the right room

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive (those that checked us in). Also we booked and said we would pay in full on arrival. They did ask for a credit card to hold reservation but would charge nothing until we got there. When I mentioned that at check in she said that was not true and had charged the first night to my card! The view of stream was great. Parking was not good

Clean rooms with great view. Our cleaning lady did an excellent job daily!

The hotel was nice but the bathrooms was a little to small breakfast was ok room was clean

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We loved how separate the bathroom was from the room, as well as having a separate closet. Plenty of plugs and outlets. In-room amenities were great, and again, can’t beat the river view. We would 100000% stay here again!

Everything. I couldn’t fault a single thing if I tried. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing

The outside pool is nice and they have a little spot to sit around by the fire which is nice for parents who want to watch their kids swim. The view from the balconies are absolutely gorgeous and a wonderful way to spend your morning. The hotel was well managed with underground complementary parking and also provide free breakfast. Very clean, beautiful, and wonderful and helpful staff. Fitness room is only good if you are a cardio focused person.

Great little spot to stay on the edge of the Gatlinburg Strip. Close enough to walk but far enough out not to be bothered by the crowds. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need. Nice little creekside balcony, good parking, and free breakfast.

The view was great! Clean room. Parking was good.

Location was within walking distance to downtown . Rooms were very clean and comfortable . Always enjoy the balcony in the mornings .

No not go for the free breakfast!! It’s awful and then to watch the staff member picking his nose!! It’s a shame cause it could be a nice little hotel

That my room overlooks the creek. That the room was updated and clean Wish it was closer to downtown stores. Staff not as friendly

Really liked the sounds of the water flowing from the balcony. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel was a little outdated .

Had an issue with the water not working shortly before we left. Older appliances made lots of noise but I have autism and am sensitive to those things
