Baymont by Wyndham Gatlinburg On The River

The river is lovely. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served on time but don’t expect anything healthy.

Beautiful balcony either running creak.

Tommy was cleaned everyday and plenty towels.

Good for place to stay when traveling with friends and family Only small issue is if you have big car it will annoying to park at hotel

Parking was terrible. The spots were so small that you had to attempt it numerous times to get in the spot. The front desk attendant was rude also and looked like she didn’t want to be there

Hotel was very nice but whoever the cleaning staff was, & person who called our room was not. We overstayed our time by 30-40min. Because we thought check out was noon & I wasn't feeling so great & they didn't care & gave us 5min. To leave or they were going to charge us for another night.

AC was spotty kept room cool but not cold

The room and location was excellent. The balcony over the stream was perfect. I would stay again.

Location close to trolley. Or you could walk it

This was in a beautiful location next to the river. It was so nice to sit on the balcony. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was close to the tram stop, or you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It was nice to not be right in the noisy center of town, but close enough to walk to it.

4 stars was given for the Breakfast options, acceptable but could be more healthier options overall. Location was great for that quiet solitude on balcony with river flowing. Easy walk to the downtown area, would stay here again. Enjoyed the Smoky Mts for hiking and the Arts Community trail.

Room was clean and comfortable. Did have odor of sour mop from floors once we got some air freshener it was all good. Love the balcony overlooking thw creek.

The location is great being on rhe river. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The parking lot.

Being on the river. The room had a very dirty floor and very low water pressure especially at the sink. Was afraid to try the breakfast. Being on the river was nice. My main complaint was as soon as we arrived the front desk clerk, I believe her name is Nats, had an attitude! I don't know if she does not like white people or just hates her job. She was rude, not friendly at all nor wanted to answer any questions. I think we interrupted a transaction she was having with a car out front with a male and female. There was a strong odor of pot coming from their car.

The rooms were clean, the balcony was great (although ours was a little small even though we have a king suite.) The 24 hour pool was nice, but they didn't restock towels. Our bathroom didn't have a trash can, which we found odd. And the lobby staff weren't exactly friendly. However, the hotel is in a great location just as you are getting into Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge. It's also a quiet property, well-maintained, and we would definitely come again.
