Convenient location to GSM park. Nice place. Everyone helpful. Plenty of easy parking. Fair price. Would stay again.

Air quality in room was terrible with dehumidifier constantly running and no ability to regulate air conditioning. No information was readily given regarding trolley or free parking voucher.

It was a great stay and exceeded our expectations! If you don’t mind some walking, you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg and not worry about parking!

We came in last Thursday and we had an amazing trip. Comfy beds, snacks available, hot breakfast, a laundry. The hot water went out, but they were right on it. Things happen. Not a five star resort, but well worth the small amount I paid.

It’s very clean and beautiful! The beds were comfortable. Every room has an air purifier so you can not tell there’s an indoor pool at all! It smells clean and fresh at all times. The outdoor pool is perfect for family’s with smaller kids it only goes to 3 1/2 feet so they can play independently easily! The breakfast is also great! Nothing

i booked a balcony room as it clearly showed and when i arrived i was told the room i booked didn’t even have a balcony like it did in the pictures & if i wanted that room id have to pay more.

Dirty room upon checking in, very dirty

Had to hunt down the desk person at 11:30pm because the air in our room didnt work. She blamed cleaning staff for not having it on, but it was on and blowing hot. Then next morning, had no hot water. Was told would be about 30 minutes, but we had tour and couldn't wait. Didn't seem apologetic at all, so asked for manager but never heard from one. Room was clean and beds were nice. Breakfast eh not a very good selection. All in all was ok, but we were disappointed in the other issues.

Hotel is maintained well. Staff is friendly. Easy 17 mins walk to downtown. Breakfast quality is poor and should be improved.

Breakfast was very sub par for the Appy. Definitely need to kick that "Breakfast " up a few notches.... That was the only weak spot for the stay.
