Hotel was nice for the purpose of a one night stay.

The overhead light in the room didn't work, there was no TV remote, the towel in the bathroom was stained, the bed was lumpy and sagging and creaked every time I moved and there was no breakfast as advertised.

I appreciated the EV chargers at the front of the building.

The staff were friendly but the place was poorly cleaned. Bagged trash was overflowing in the hallways and the place had an odor.

I like the design of the room and the bed. Everything looks clean The staff were poor I've asked how to use the microwave and no one to help us

Very nice room, nice location, clean room, fridge, stove, sofa, clean sheets.

The beds and bathroom were somewhat clean the walls were dirty . The counters were still dirty .there were still dirty dishes in the sink . Was going to say something in the morning when checking out . But there was a sign saying be right back soon for about 30 minutes. So no one to check us out . Wasn’t very happy with stay .

Was at this hotel for 4 nights only was given 3 towels & wash clothes when ask for more was told they were low on them come back in 1 hour light in kitchen was out & had to tell front desk 3 times before they finally came to fix it I understand maintenance is only there certain hours but it was just a light bulb out & it’s the first light in the room so that you don’t walk into a dark room the elevator rug was dirty & one was not working for 2 days also the kitchen floor in room was dirty . Staff was rude & acted as if they didn’t care at all always on there phones.

The elevator on my floor buttons didn’t work the whole time I was there and sink are clogged

I cannot give this hotel a good or moderate review. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. My room was outfitted with a kitchen, but little did I know I should have bought filters for the tiny coffee pot, ground coffee and (for me, maybe not you) coffee creamer. I should have brought a step stool for help in climbing into the excedingly high bed; a tub safety pad, for safety in the slippery tub; a small vacuum cleaner to sweep the only working elevator which apparently hadn't been vacuumed in months! (there were 2 elevators, but only one worked). If you are still planning to stay there and want coffee in the morning, be sure to take a dry dish cloth to the "store" on the main floor, as you'll brew your own VERY HOT coffee in a provided paper cup with no heat guard provided (better yet bring a mug from home as the cups in the afore mentioned kitchen are way too small to hold the amount of coffee dispensed!).The room was not very clean, so bring some easy to put on slippers.

One elevator didn’t work at all one only went to the 3rd floor. I asked for a rollaway bed 3 times. They kept lying when I called and asked was one available. The front desk staff knew nothing, charged my card couldn’t provide me with receipts

Property was great, snack room looked to be fully stocked, only one elevator working at the time, or one in service. Staff was always friendly,

It was nice that we could bring our dog The bed was very hot and not very comfortable. The air conditioning was too loud but then when we turned it down the fridge made a clicking noise from the freezer and allowed fan noise from the fridge. We basically couldn't sleep because of all the noise.

Room was super clean. Bathroom was super clean. The fitness center actually had dumbbells up to 50s and the laundry was free to use!! They had a little snack shop with drinks snacks and food. Very close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store. Water pressure is amazing and water temp gets super hot too. Honestly the only thing that could have been a bit better was one of the elevators was down but it wasn’t a huge deal. Didn’t ever have to wait too long.

The staff was helpful and accommodating when asked for a room facing away from the highway.
