Good breakfast Room was very clean upon arrival The hallways seemed to not have been vacuumed

Rooms was cleaner and more modern than expected. No ice machines on the floors. Walked each floor of the whole hotel to find one. Followed “ice machine” signs, but each site was void of a machine. If you no longer have them then get rid of the signs and buckets in the hallways and rooms. Also, breakfast should start at the same time every day, not later on the weekends.

My room had coffee pods in but no coffee maker, no ice machines on property for being “replaced”. There was an old sausage sandwich on the ground in the hallway right next to the entrance door on Monday when I checked in and was still there on Thursday morning. When I asked the front desk about coffee maker and ice, she just laughed and said “yup, yup”. Management is obviously not doing walk throughs or room audits. Never again.

Keys cards didn’t work, every day for five days! Couldn’t get help for several situations! Manager would not help at all. Couldn’t get fresh linens. On day four we got stained ( or dirty) ones. Horribly experience!

There’s no ice machine near the rooms, you have to go to the reception area, could have been better if there’s microwave inside the room. Signage for the laundry is confusing. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, location was great,

Very limited ice availability & clean towels .. staff appeared short handed .. very convenient location to destinations on west side of Denver including Red Ricks & I70 West

TV DIDNT WORK, THE PHONE DIDNT WORK. NO ICE. HARD TO GET TO AND PARKING WAS TERRIBLE, STAFF HAD A VERY HARD TIME WITH ENGLISH.

Nice place to stay. Pool was great, especially since it was so hot. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.

Breakfast ok, needed more options, hallways needed cleaning, the two k cup coffe makers we tried both leaked, we finally went and bought one, so we could have coffee,no ice machine .some one left opend half eaten food in the hallway, I reported it to front desk, when we left it was still there, 3 days total.

We loved our room but you can tell they are short on help because the hallways need vacuum and the outside needs to have the cigarette butts pick up next to the outside bench. Breakfast is great but there our so many people eating that the host couldn't keep up. Evening front desk was so nice and helpful.

Pros: recently renovated, good location & quiet. Cons: halls dirty, ice machine broken, elevator broken, door to parking lot broken so anyone could come in.

Beds very comfortable and rates were reasonable

They did have a pool, we did not use but enjoyed seeing the bunnies roaming the property. Breakfast was okay. Our main issue with the stay was horrible smell in the room we were initially assigned. We called the front desk, they sent someone to spray some air freshener but told us they had no rooms available to move us to. In the morning when new staff arrived they were able to move us to a new room which was much better. Had they moved us when we first arrived our experience would have been much better. Would not stay on this property again. We reserved for 2 nights and we honestly wanted to just check out and go somewhere else. If they did not change our rooms we would have done so.

Rooms were not ready in time, they were doing construction everywhere, and staff was rude

2- only 1 elevator worked 3- our TV didn’t work then went to call front desk and the phone didn’t work 4- sign listed 3 ice machines on site but non were there had to go front office and call them to get ice. 5- they should list the 2 floors are for permanent residents( low income housing) 6- the only positive breakfast had options

It was quiet. Pillows and beds weren’t that comfortable. And the bathroom was tiny.
