It was close to Redrocks. The door to the bathroom was broken. Very few lights on tge room. Just a pull down shade on the windows. ( which was a pain) I believe I paid extra for parking. The parking was atrocious. We were there 2 nights, and each night parking was a disaster. Trailers were parked in the parking lot taking up up to 8 spots. Some people asked if the could park in Home Depots because there were no more spots. They were told no. We had to park behind the hotel next door because there was no other parking.

The breakfast was amazing! We loved our stay!

Everything was good aside from the room needed an overhead light, the bathroom needed an exhaust fan, and the bathroom also needed places to hang towels, etc. like some hooks. Was not impressed with the sliding doors on the bathroom either. Those were terrible.

Rooms were clean & breakfast was great. My only complaint was that the shower/tub was slanted and slippery.

Very good

The pool was disgusting & way overdue for a cleaning, which is sad, considering this is a Hilton property. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of choices. My only other concern was when I tried to check-in 2 nights early without using hotels.com, the person answering the phone at 12:30 AM said it would cost $374 to spend one night!! Not for 2.nights, only 1. WHAT?!! Way more than what is offered through the app. The day I checked in, the man at the front desk quoted a woman in front of him only $210 for the night. Very interesting. Overall, I would stay here again.

The rooms were not very clean. DIL had to go buy Clorox wipes to clean the bathroom that had blood on the wall. We usually leave a tip for the maid, not this time. Management needs to train staff on cleanliness.

I think the AC in my room is developing an issue and sounds like an air leak. No big deal, just informational. Everything else was great. Thank you.

We had a few things in our room that needed attention, but not critical. However, when we first walked in our room, it smelled so heavily of men's old school cologne, it almost made us gag. By the time we left on the second day, the smell had dissipated to where it was only somewhat noticeable. Breakfast had a good variety, even offered whipped cream for the waffles. The hotel definitely shows its age a little in certain areas, especially in the hallways and elevators. The 2 main concerns that I had was the Back Door entrance, says that it's supposed to be locked at all times with use of the guest key. However, we came in one night after midnight & the door was wide open to anyone. No requirement of our key to access the full hotel. The pool & hot tub were absolutely disgusting & in desperate need of a major cleaning. I don't know how they're allowing anyone to swim in that filth. You can see all the dirt and grime on the walls and floor of the pool and the hot tub.

We appreciated the staff coming in every other day to change sheets and towels rather than every day.

Stayed here and had a wedding block. Everyone was helpful, they let us check-in early for rooms, Also, Matt, who is over the meetings and weddings helped get us into a conference room for the weekend and it worked out great as a go to place for everyone, they emptied trash, refilled ice water, etc. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it was a great central location.

I didn’t complain about the bathroom because the sink, toilet and shower were clean just cosmetically the whole place could use a refresh along with new sheets. The bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

Room was not up to par. Pool was horrible

The hotel in the photo is NOT the hotel there. It is much older.

Staff personable and helpful. Room very clean. Breakfast hot and delicious. Room was ready to find.
