The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was well designed. On a short stay like ours, the bed and bedding are most important. Unfortunately, the pillows were lumpy and the bed not that comfortable. I woke up in the middle of the night with a bug crawling in my hair. In the morning my husband found a spider crawling in his shirt. As a result, we checked every piece of clothing before packing up to go home. Also, when we first walked into the hotel there was an unpleasant smell. I have lost my sense of smell and for me to notice it is unusual. Parking and access to the facilities was very good. It wasn’t terrible, but we will choose another hotel on our next trip to the area.

The rooms were small. The location was convenient to Red Rocks and that was the main reason of out trip. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpfull.

Would think room service would have caught that but they never refreshed the room during a 3 day stay. Had to call to refresh towels. Maybe it’s an old property. Definitely a smack to the Marriott brand. Also - coffee service super so so. Put out some flavored creamers please. Your coffee is a very bold roast. An older person can’t take the sugar it takes to make it drinkable

I was there 4 nights. My bed was not changed once. Even upon request

great stay! Will be back

Location and breakfast in the morning A/C stopped working well in the late evening. Room never got below 78 from 1am on. Hard to sleep. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Got free parking for the inconvenience, was told there wasn’t anything they could do other than that. Not that I expected anything. But was again shocking to hear from a trained Marriott employee.

The room was clean but it is dated. The tub floor needs a good scrubbing, but it was clean. The pillows and bed were not comfortable, the bedding is barely there. Fire sticks are available with a deposit but we couldn't secure one for three days and it took us checking back every day, they did not have any notes system to let us know when one was brought back. The TV without the fire stick is on DISH service that was breaking up so we couldn't watch live TV -- that meant no live soccer games. Some of the staff were great, the manager was responsive to our complaints but overall for the cost per night, the property did not meet expectations. Almost everything had an issue -- every outdoor chair was dirty or broken, printer didn't work, couldn't use the gym because the door wouldn't open even for the staff. It was clean, we had a decent sized room with a kitchen. Breakfast was decent, I can say that. Clean, on time and reliable. We got some Marriott points and a night comp'd for our trouble, but in the end, it doesn't make up for not a great stay. I would book a different hotel if you are reading this.

A quiet night’s sleep. They said there was a sports team staying there, didn’t hear a sound.

We needed two rooms last minute and was thankful they were available. Rooms were close which was great. Breakfast was good each day. Staff was friendly. My kids enjoyed the basketball hoop. Room had a leak, from the ice machine on the other side of the wall, came thru and soaked the bedroom carpet, which soaked my belongings. Was offered a new room the night before we checked out- leak was present for multiple days, but didn't want to move then check out the next morning. Beds, and pull out couches were VERY uncomfortable. Bed was hard as a rock, pull out mattress was all springs and frame, very little cushion left in the mattress. Couch cushions were also uncomfortable to sit on. 1 rod to hang towels is not enough in a room to sleep 4 people (one of our rooms had 3, one had 2). Room door did not shut unless pulled shut - came back from a day out to find house cleaning had been in to refresh and left the door open, felt very uneasy not knowing who else had access to our room. Was not told we would be charged to park - they ran my car without mentioning it and then only told us when I asked.

The person before us had requested late check out so our room was not ready until 1/2 hour after check in. We had arrived early so it was a wait. When we checked in we discovered the sheets were stained but the housekeeping team had gone home so we were given a set of sheets to change our own bed. The coffee pot also didn’t work. Not a very good stay for a Marriott. Breakfast was good however. There was a wide selection of healthy foods!

I liked all of the things

The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would definitely stay at a Residence Inn again. Not a thing.

Breakfast was fine, plenty of choices The staff was extremely unhelpful when we discovered that we’d double booked our stay. They said we’d have to take it up with booking.com and it wasn’t until we persisted did they give us information that turned out not to be helpful. It seems to have resolved by a person at the check in desk cancelling one of the reservations but I was not told that by the staff member, my bank told me that. They were incredibly dismissive and not extending the courtesy to inform us that they’d cancelled was inexcusable in our opinion.

Staff was professional, polite and helpful. When I went inside my room and looked out the window the only view I had was shingles and chimneys( RM 214) . I immediately returned to the front desk and politely asked if I could have a different room, the staff member was more than happy to give me another room. I entered the 2nd room ( RM 204 ) only to find the same type of view. Not that I planned to be in my room and look out the window my entire stay or have a panoramic view of the beautiful Colorado scenery ( but not looking at a shingled roof and chimney either ) The next day I was out of my room several times and the cleaning staff NEVER entered my room to do their job ! Not that they had much to do in there as I am a very clean person and respectful of ANY facility I stay at…. I don’t leave a mess for them to deal with. Breakfast was ok, but no Rye Bread, Chocolate Milk or Pastries both days ? I was there early, so they couldn’t have ran out of those items. I have stayed at many hotels since 2013 and they all had bread, CH Milk and some kind of pastries with their complementary Breakfast…… Disappointed !
