Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver West - Federal Center, CO

Unfortunately a phone charger “disappeared” from my room.

Our room was excellent, overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. Marie the provider for the breakfast meal was especially helpful and cooperative. Also, we encountered Jamie a house cleaner a couple of times in our week-long stay and she was so friendly and helpful. These two ladies deserve a big raise!

Very good

Very convenient location for us. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

What I didn't appreciate were the homeless people rambling around the parking lot at late hours of the night (I saw them while walking my dog after a concert each night I was there), opening the gate to the patio, hanging out with people in a suspect vehicle behind the hotel near the back door and dumpster. It was very dark back there and looks to be a place for riff-raff to do their thing. I realize this is beyond control of the hotel staff, but they at least need to be made aware of it and only make sure the most aware employees are working the overnight shift. There's not much green grass to walk your dog either but there are green-ways nearby. I appreciated how dog-friendly this hotel was.

Exceptional

Clean room. Great suite. Loved the gym and breakfast.

Great staff Hard to find. Very poor signage. It’s written in the window but you can’t see it

Nice helpful staff. Fairly clean rooms. Nice breakfast.

Super nice location and friendly staff.

Awesome staff! Couldn’t see the name on the building. It was on the window and you can barely see it. Need more signage

Very good

The bed was very uncomfortable

The room smelled like dog bad, and there were huge stains on the floor and on the couch. Bathroom shower has not been detailed in who knows how long.

Exceptional

The room was clean, staff is very friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is very good with good choices. Great parking!! The location of the hotel is great for our visits.we stay at this hotel whenever we stay in Denver! Highly recommend!

Parking was easy and plentiful spaces. Plenty of accessible luggage racks to transport bags to room, room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Something for everyone you could go sweet or savory. Coffee was hot and delicious. Yes, I would recommend.

Breakfast was good . Staff excellent! Hallway carpets stained.

We arrived a few hours early for a multi day check in and the front desk girl Taylor went above and beyond with the housekeeping staff to get a room cleaned so we could get the in a room as soon as possible. It was really nice that we were able to check in early after a 12 hr drive and they accommodated us since we really wanted to take a nap. Every single staff member we interacted with during our stay was so pleasant you could see they all loved their jobs. I will stay at this location again when I come back to visit the area
