Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

Room was OK, decent, clean. Hallway carpet not so good. I was on the first floor and the door to the outside of the hotel was left propped open...I didn't like this for safety reasons. The ice machine was out of order the entire week and I had to walk to the hotel next door for ice every day... urgh! The room was not serviced every day... I'm not used to that. They just provided extra towels if you needed them. I mean, everyone was nice, but... average stay...

A basically un clean place. Hallways need a good vacuum. Pool needs a good cleaning. Bed spread was stained. Towells were ok. Sheets were ok. Breakfast was super simple and packed options. Not worth the money we paid.

Before entering our room we witness a couple going in a room, not theirs, they were knocking, and this looks like a drug deal. We went in our room and it smelled like sweaty feet! The shower was not clean, there were hairs that didnt belong to anyone in my family. The shower looked like it has not been cleaned in a long time. The rates charged are not compatible with ghe service received. This should be a 40 motel! Im not even going to mention the “permanent guests” sitting at the parking lot since 5am.

We booked online, should have studied the reviews we paid too much after the "experience" you could not pay me to ever stay there again, Our room 217 had a slight cat urine smell when we walked in but the bathroom was as if the cat lived in there for months without a litter box it stunk!! the tub was stained like the finish came off we used a washcloth to sponge off the next morning to get out, no showering. we wore socks in the room not trusting the floor to be clean. you remove the bottom sheet and the mattress was covered in stains. The only reason we even stayed was we were too exhaused to try and start over, we stomached it and left by around 7 the next morning. I have travelled with business all my like, hundreds of stays, even motel 6 and this was my worst experience ever! not recommended!!!

The room was clean. My suggestion would be, to take out the carpet out of the hallways they are in bad condition, once we got into the room I was good. Staff was polite and welcoming.

It shows its age. New phone and new alarm clock but curtains with burn holes and a toilet that didn’t flush properly. I wouldn’t recommend, especially at the rate charged.

Breakfast was very slim, hot tub was out of order, ice machine out of order, bed was in rough shape.

Security and privacy was well maintained and everyone was kind and helpful

Nothing! Carpets in hallways very dirty! Terrible smell throughout! Broken and dirty tiles in bathroom, Tub disgusting! Stains on bedspread! Water wouldn’t drain in sink

room was clean and spacious, grounds were soso. ice machine was out of order. breakfast eggs were whew...less than lackluster. 104 usd was noticeably cheaper than nearby hotels the eggs and the bacon and the grounds

Pool area smelled like trash and there was no chlorine odor. We did not partake. Public spaces and elevator need repairs/update. Room itself was ok. Breakfast very limited due to a week day stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room wasn’t the cleanest, empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Toilet overflowed within minutes of check in, maintains was fast to respond.

Maid service was poor.

Great took for the price! Would stay here again!
