Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

The staff was very nice but the property is in dire need or repair and cleaning.

Kind of no frills. The pool area looked nice, I didn't have a chance to use it, much to my dismay. Staff was nice. Breakfast had options. Coffee was available. Check in/Check out was painless and efficient. I sat in the lobby after my check out, trying to finalize my plans for the day, and was never bothered. Denny's is walkable- I took advantage of that after I got back from the show.

When we got there the room we were put in someone was in there, they told me that that person was supposed to leave, I kinda realized at that point there was no way they even cleaned the room before I was supposed to be there, other than that the new room we got was great and so we’re the staff just a little concerned on the cleanliness of the rooms

This property was nothing like the pictures on Expedia show it. It is dated and isolated. Not near anyplace to get food and I did not feel safe there. I had a 5 night reservation and ended up staying 1 night and then moving to a different hotel. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money.

Shower didn't drain, no holder for toilet paper, ceiling was a mess, pool smelled for terrible couldn't use it

The state of the hallway almost made us turn around and leave because it looked like something from a horror movie (dirty, stained carpets, peeling paint). The room itself was ok. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. The beds were clean and bug free. The TV worked and had decent channel options. Parking was easy, and there's no extra fees (which is great). The breakfast was good and pork free - which is fantastic for those who don't eat pork. Housekeeping sucked! They never came to clean our room, even after we asked for it. We were there for 4 nights. The front desk ended up bringing towels and TP. I likely wouldn't stay here again.

It was dirty, smelled bad, and the staff were fairly rude. We tried the pool but the lack of use left it slimy and smelling of mildew and mold. The floors had not been swept so I had to take one of the towels and clean the floors. The bedding was stained which is always pretty gross. It was overall disappointing

The Inn was kept clean, the breakfast was very well organized, and the staff was superlative. I arrived at the rail stop near the Inn at midnight in a pouring rain and the father of the front-desk clerk drove a mile to pick me up so I would not have to take a bus in the rain. I was amazed at his courtesy and thanked him profusely.

Room was very clean, shower was great, breakfast was lacking. Parking was okay.

Room was nice n clean. The mildew smell in the restroom.

Nice and friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable and loved the pillows!!! Recommend!

Proximity to restaurants and highway The air conditioning wasn’t working; there were people living in a camper in the parking lot; the hotel was nasty

The cleaning staff was helpful, offering to provide us with clean towels daily. The rugs were heavily stained in the halls and needed vacuuming. Our room floor had notable sticky spots. The pool was cleaned mid-stay. It is a pool with a depth of 5 ft. The hot tub's interior paint was peeling. The elevator moved promptly, however the panel to push the buttons protruded some and jostled when pushing it. There was ample hot water and the tiled bath was clean. The bath counter was cracked and stained in multiple places, having been duct-taped together. Though we slept well and we appreciated the staff, we would look for better accommodations next time.

Very helpful staff. Hotel interior and exterior well maintained. Clean , comfortable room. Large swimming pool and lounge area.

Location Poor repair and not clean

It was easy check in and out... It was a great location for what we were doing. The overall hotel needs a update inside. The carpet in hallways were very dirty and stained. All the walls throughout the hotel could use a cleaning and some new paint.
