The staff was very helpful with the exception of checkout. The front desk is closed from 11pm-8am. The elevator was broken & I was on the top floor so I called to get help with my luggage & was told no one would be available until 8am. After I dragged my luggage down the stairs, the young lady at the desk asked if “he” helped me. I asked who “he” was? She proceeded to tell me she found someone & sent him up to me. How would I know that? She could have called! The room also had an odd smell but I asked for air fresheners from the front desk & it was fine. I appreciated the kitchen with full fridge & dishwasher. I also enjoyed having the gym to myself. Having a tub was also a plus.

Bedding, kitchen, bath, and desk areas of the room clean. Carpet and lounge chair past due for replacing.

They charged us for tax (which should’ve been included in what we paid when we arrived at the hotel) 2 days after our stay ended without notifying us. Thank goodness the funds were there but a simple call or message that they missed including the taxes when we checked in would’ve been nice. There was not a computer chair at the desk in our room so that was inconvenient when we were chilling in our room. Was also not a fan of having to go to the front desk to request a hair dryer. The price is clearly cheap for a reason and will not be staying here again.

Good location. Free parking . Nice staff. Clean and great place for what I needed for a couple of nights. There’s a charge of $35 or something like that if you want to check into your room before 4pm local time.

It's very dog-friendly, and I didn't smell "dog" when I was there. Mostly just cleaning/bleach smells. So they were trying. I'm a dog person and it seemed to be very accommodating if you need a dog-friendly space. I don't see myself staying there again, but it will just be personal preference for others.

The location to Red Rocks. The place seems pretty run down. Lots of things broken in the room. I was only there for a short time to sleep after a concert but I would not recommend to family or friends. The noise from the room above me was so loud with them just walking around between 12am and 2am. I should have looked at the lower reviews first before booking.

Not one to skewer a property but this place was below average at the best. Back of bathroom door had a huge crack, chipped bathroom floor tiling and garbage and wet paper towels below the sink. If not for a decently comfortable bed it would have been one star. We stayed there for a concert at Red Rock and close proximity. I would have gladly stayed elsewhere and paid $$. Penny wise and pound foolish on this one.

They had to shut off the water because of a broken water pipe. I couldn’t shower and I couldn’t get a drink of water. There’s no ice machine on property either. I missed one of the events I was supposed to attend because of the no shower available.

Location Room service was only done to change of beddings and towels only once a week , not good when guests are staying for couple of days .

Great find. Hope they continue to offer such a great value. Stay here frequently based on kitchen and utensils and cookware provided.

The room/suite itself was in great condition, with everything necessary for a longer stay.

Elevator didn't work the entire stay (5 days) so had to take the stairs every time including lugging luggage up/down. Staff was friendly and excellent. First non-smoking room we were put in reeked so badly of cigarette smoke that I got nauseated. New room still smelled like cigarette smoke (again, non-smoking room) but it was mild enough to put up with. Have stayed at this property before and had a very nice stay. Seems management isn't interested in upkeep or dealing with a room that, according to the front desk, was known to reek of cigarette smoke. If it's that well known with the front desk, shouldn't something be done? Also, toilet ran constantly which we reported so hopefully they'll address that. Parking was fine.
