Per the hotel staff, Booking.com never sent my revised reservation so when I arrived I had been treated like a no show from the day before and there was no room for us available. Terrible experience with Booking and the hotel staff. It was 11 pm and I was with a child, sitting in the lobby trying to figure out what to do. I will not be using booking.com again unfortunately. That I did not have a room although I reserved this room months prior thru booking.com. My original reservation changed from arrival on Sunday to Monday and I updated through booking.com. I got a confirmation from booking.com showing this change. I also called the hotel to make sure they got the update and the lady at the desk told me they had not but she could update for me. Upon arrival I was told I was a no show from Sunday and there was not a reservation for me. I told her the lady at the counter had changed it and she said she saw those notes in the computer but unfortunately staff couldn't make those changes......and I had no other options as they didn't have any rooms available.

We loved our stay at the Lakewood, CO, Homewood Suites. The entire property was very clean, including the fitness center. The location is very convenient to many things on the west side of Denver or downtown Denver. I would highly recommend this property.

There is no longer a hot tub there as posted. Otherwise facility was clean and amenities as listed. Good breakfast, nice property.

When we checking I asked about a shuttle to and from the Red Rocks and they gave us a phone number to local guy, Joseph. That was wonderful! Not having to worry about the traffic and parking, it was so worth it! Red Rock is not far from the hotel.

Close to location of event I was attending. Price was crazy for one night. If it had not been so close I would have stayed somewhere else.

However aside from that the room was amazing. The hotel staff was super nice and professional. They were helpful in all aspects of our stay. They had to deal with some grumpy guests because a coffee machine broke, but don’t worry there’s a Dutch Bros, approximately 300 yards away, so you can just walk there and get your morning coffee if it breaks again. I have no complaints, other than the pool could be a little bigger it is about 25 feet long and 4ft deep, which isn’t bad until there’s a ton of people that want to swim. Overall a great hotel and it’s now my go to besides Embassy Suites.

Amazing!

The entire hotel had a power outage for about 90 minutes. The front desk staff did not say anything about it. I observed the desk clerk sitting in her car for about 10 minutes between 9 and 10 AM, while guests were waiting for help. The Breakfast Attendant was awesome in dealing with the power outage and still having a hot breakfast provided.

We were not able to expand the given crib and staff didnt help with it.

Large bedroom. Very clean. Staff was great. Don’t like that the laundry was in the basement so skipped using it.

The whole experience was great

The suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding was strange. The air conditioning was adequate but too loud. The staff were very nice and seemed like they enjoyed meeting their customers.

I loved everything about this place! I love the staff very kind also like that you can’t hear cars driving around very peaceful. I had a good time definitely coming back.
