Baymont by Wyndham Golden/Red Rocks

We arrived for a late check in after a concert and there was no staff available to check us in. A fellow customer had already been waiting for almost 1/2 an hour before we arrived to try and check in. No one was available to answer our calls or help us at the desk. When we got to our rooms, there was no towels, no shower curtain and no extra bedding for the sofa bed. When we went for breakfast the next morning, there was no hot food, no knives and very little selection available as almost everything was empty.

Dirty floors. Stains on bedding. Zoo of bugs. Overpriced

Everything worked in our room but the property was behind in repairs.

excellent value. I definitely would stay again.

Hot tub no clean

It was a small basement apartment, way too expensive

Hotel just felt very dirty and rundown. Not the standard I’ve seen at other Baymonts. There was even a creepy Barbie doll strapped to the fire sprinkler in our room. Lots of careless and sloppy repairs like caulk slapped everywhere.

The staff are great. Room was not clean, but the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

There are stains in the chair, the smell was old cigarette smoke, the soap and shampoo not refilled, the continental breakfast werr out of stock and not much to choose from. I tried to call the hotel ahead of time but no one answers the phone..

Ok for a last minute stay

We asked the manager twice to turn up the temperature in the hot tub, as it was only luke warm. I don't think he fully understands English, so it never happened.

This place is not as advertised online. The photos that are shown online are very old and look nothing like it does now. The building is a different color and is extremely run down, it needs a whole make over. Would rather pay the extra money for a nicer place next time.

They cleaned our room one of the days. First day we got there the body wash in the bathroom was completely empty. I did get little body washes from a cleaning cart. . Pool area floor is peeling and very very gross and needs to be repaired very badly. No towels in the pool area. I, had to ask for them all 3 days. Pool water was very cold but my kids liked it. . No elevator . Breakfast was ok, no meat options for the days i stayed.. Definitely runs out fast, and wasnt restocked. . Our bathroom toilet would run anytime someone flushed their toilet at night which was irritating. . First day we stayed I asked for a set of pillows for the fold out couch bed at 4pm and received them at 10pm after my husband asked for them again.

Good location Sketchy. The parking lot had a bunch of weirdos sitting around and it was clear that the place was not a safe place to park overnight.

Beware that the picture they have posted are not updated. We thought we pulled up to the wrong address. The room was fine. Not the cleanest. The pool and hot tub could use some updating (chipping paint etc). Air conditioner worked well. Overall I would not book here again.

Nothing Needs updated, sink and shower drain were really slow as if they were plugged. Won’t stay there again

When we left in the morning, nobody was at the desk. There was a sign that they'd be back in five minutes, which I understand, but we needed to leave for the airport. Instructions for checkout at the desk might have been helpful.

The property had screens busted out of window… garbage laying in hallways by the door and the receptionist was doing her makeup and hair at the front counter. Very dirty room we opened the door and walked out to find another property.
