Location They charged me multiple times for a room and applied additional charges not made by me to my card. They now won’t answer the phone to handle my issue.

AC was broke, pool closed and only decaf coffee in the room.

Even though a swimming pool was advertised as the big draw, pool was drained and closed for maintenance. Stairs were closed due to maintenance. Stairs had a yellow Caution tape on it. We had to wait for elevator when stairs would have been more convenient. Decent view but Room had a missing door to bathroom. Shower drain was partially clogged. 😕 It looked like management didn't take much pride in how the hotel looked. Certainly, no attention to detail.

My stay was planned around a nearby concert which was cancelled the day before the performance. My room was non refundable, so I paid for a room that I never used.

Was how noisy the shower and water from neighboring rooms. Also, our room was not cleaned the next day and it was really hard because they only had two towels for two people, we were very tired to wait outside to have it cleaned so had to go with existing. The amenities seem to be getting less and less. No shower cap or necessary stuff for women. In general what I liked was free on site parking and reception staff.

Nice hotel. Stayed here for just one night and it was clean and quiet. Can’t complain. Would recommend. Easy access to interstate.

The rooms are a bit outdated but they had a sign up that said they were renovating. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very cozy. Would recommend for a weekend stay!
