Hampton Inn Denver West Federal Center

Really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to switch us into an accessible room upon arrival. Wheelchair accessibility in the room was great. Roll in shower was awesome and loved the teak wooden seats. Only downside to the shower was that the shampoo was located up high and behind me. Enjoyed the pool, but was disappointed that the pool lift was not functioning. Overall the property is nice and well laid out. It is in need of a few minor repairs (missing tiles etc.), but that doesn’t matter to me.

Everything about my stay was excellent

The hotel is in process of changing over to a Spark Hilton. Construction and maintenance were in process. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The gym equipment needed repair (two treadmills were broken).

This hotel is changing into another brand and we got our room before the transition. We got to the front desk, saw our room and noticed it was not the same. We went downstairs and talked to Christian who was so kind and was able to get us another room. He was so apologetic and kind! We stayed for 4 nights. Every time someone at the front desk was friendly and so helpful. I can’t remember a time I’ve been a hotel with such service. The best. Thanks Christian and crew!

Nicely remodeled room. Great amenities in the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always love the breakfast bar. Great experience.

This place looks like and smells like a Motel that you rent by the hour, at its best it smells like a Motel 6. They are changing from Hampton Inn to a Spark so if you want a Hampton Inn experience stay else where!

Great location for Red Rock or Golden, or either of the stadiums and Larimer sq. Clean, and great dining options nearby!

Reserved a king bed with pull out couch but was given 2 queens

Loved having breakfast available and even during remodel, everything was clean

We had a good two-night stay. There was always a bit of a wait for an elevator since 5 floors of rooms and housekeeping had only 2 elevators. Also there are no coffee makers in the rooms but the coffee was always available in the lobby. As others have mentioned, there were several hot items available at breakfast. We would stay again.

This is a good limited service property. The rooms are renovated but the property grounds, building, and pool are quite dated. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The manager, Christian (I think) was so kind and helpful to me and my daughter during our trip to Denver. Everyone who works there was so kind to us! Thank you for making our trip seamless!
