Hampton Inn Denver West Federal Center

Clean room, nice staff, nice pool, plenty of parking.

Our stay was during a large, week-long softball tournament. One amenity we NEEDED was guest laundry. Only one washer and one dryer worked while FOUR machines had out of order notices on them. No warning about the broken washers before our arrival. The hotel gym was unclean, 2 of 3 treadmills were out of order, missing dumbbells from sets and no sanitizing wipes/spray to clean up after I used the equipment. The lobby bathroom trashes were full for days and housekeeping had not cleaned that area until reminded several times. I gave my concerns to the front desk on more than one occasion, I was told repeatedly that they would let a manager know and I never once received a call back.

The a/c in the room was very loud - we had to turn it off to sleep which made the room warm.

Rooms were clean, the pool was in working condition, but we had to park in the side in a shared lot. It was uncomfortable for my friend to walk through.

A perfect stay and perfect for a red rock concert trip

Employee named Kendall was extremely rude and not at all helpful. A c did not work. Phones did not work. Rooms are only serviced every other day. So if you are only staying two nights it never happens. Would never stay here again.

The hotel is clean, breakfast was good. The biggest issue was the very limited on channels.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. It wasn’t clean or kept up. The staff wasn’t friendly. I would not recommend.

Kind staff and clean rooms

It was an average property, just like you should expect for 2.5 stars. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. They were doing some construction around the property. The outside pool was nice. The pool was old and in need of update but I enjoyed sitting in the lounge chairs in the shade. Location was very convenient for everything. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Parking was sufficient.

We stay here every time we go to Red Rocks for concerts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool area is really nice.
