Cozy, and comfy. Great value right in the heart of everything you need. Even light rail into downtown is walking distance. Restaurants and grocery store very near by. Breakfast was good too. all good.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good had lots of choices. The pillows and beds were to soft and lumpy. I prefer a firm mattress. The TV sucked they only had a few channels that kept going out. It would not allow me to use of any apps. I wanted to use my Netflix but it wouldn't even open the app even though it was a button on the remote it had a mirroring option that did not work with my phone. The AC was loud and sounded like a whistling engine winfing up. I

The room itself was cramped, and several aspects of the design were particularly problematic. The bathroom was essentially nonfunctional from a practical standpoint: there was virtually no counter space, making it difficult to organize even basic toiletries. The shower curtain was also too short, allowing water to accumulate on the floor outside the shower. This is a basic design and maintenance issue that should be easy to address. The television regularly had intermittent problems and did not reliably work. The closet was wholly inadequate for the room, providing insufficient usable space for clothing and belongings. Lighting was another significant problem. There was a lack of adequate task lighting, and the dark paint in the entryway, combined with insufficient illumination, made that area feel unnecessarily dark and dysfunctional. None of these issues alone would necessarily ruin a stay, but taken together—the cramped space, inadequate bathroom, water escaping from the shower, unreliable TV, insufficient closet, and poor lighting—they made the room considerably less comfortable and usable than it should have been. The staff was somewhat helpful, which I appreciated, but the underlying problems were with the room itself and its design. For me, the experience warranted 2 stars.

The staff was great, but the bed was uncomfortable, the linens were cheap stained and scratchy. The toilet sucked, the tv barely worked.

Secondly, the bathtub had a curved shower curtain bar that gives you a more spacious feel in the shower. However, the shower curtain was a little too short, so the center of it hung outside the tub and allowing water to pool up on the floor.

Hotel is showing its age a little, however room was clean. Everything worked except the water was warm/hot even if tried to select cold. Bed was OK. Breakfast was OK, and plenty of space in breakfast area. Parking OK.

My only concern is we were checked out of our room, after our very first night and apparently checked into a different room on day 2. We did not know until we tried to come back and get into our room. Which was locked. I'm just thankful they didn't check anybody else into our "old" room that all of our stuff was in. So crisis averted, and I would give a 4 to 5 star review aside from that, they did fix it promptly. And the manager came up to make sure we were able to get in and everything looked good!
