Distance to Red Rocks Amphitheater was close. Minor issues, we didn't have enough towels and the soap dispenser in the shower was missing but they brought them quickly when we asked for them. The breakfast was not replenished throughout the breakfast time, we went an hour before it ended and there wasn't much left and sausages were overdone. Staff were friendly.

Convenient to Red Rocks and easy to access off I-70. 2 bedrooms was great for our group. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Furniture in the room was incredibly run down. Stained, chipped and bent. The bathroom seems to be given the landlord special. Perhaps it flooded at one time and repairs were poorly done. Elongated toilet seat on a round toilet. We were on the first floor and the window Worst coffee ever.

The neighborhood feels a little dodgy but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot.

Very good

Pet friendly place, rooms are run down condition wise and pet dander even after cleaned is evident. The staff especially Kimmy was super helpful in accommodating needs of guests. Despite what is out of their control, the staff is very helpful and great customer service. Thank you staff. Management should look at better cleaning supplies for rooms if pet friendly option is provided.

Front desk worker was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Would stay again.

The property was pet-friendly. My room faced Simms & the traffic could be heard but was otherwise quiet. Breakfast was good. The property is dated & in need of remodeling.

Superb

we had stayed ther a few years ago and everything was great .. disappointed that this has happened
-
Gym was tiny. Property generally run down. Dog barking next door for the entire stay - staff was notified. Worst was maid threw out important documents we left on table - passport photos, security clearance for Marine base, information from college visits.

Friendly at check-in and breakfast. Cozy room and very clean. Not a complaint, but a comment: the bathroom had been remodeled at some point, but the floor was in bad shape around the edges looking like it had suffered water damage. And the light fixture was very rusty. Seems odd that those weren’t included in the remodel. Also, the faucet leaked around the base when the water was turned on full force. It would have been nice to have fresh oatmeal and yogurt without artificial sweeteners, but I realize you can’t have everything.

Staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the tv and they were quick to respond and so polite. They wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and we were because of their positive spirit.
-
We enjoyed having a full kitchen and a home like feel. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like besides maybe it could use some updating but as is it was just fine.

Good breakfast. Late check in. They don't tell you anywhere that there is a pet fee for service animals. I had to pay an extra $100 for my daughter's service dog. The hotel said pet friendly but didn't mention anything about a fee.
