Convenient to Red Rocks and easy to access off I-70. 2 bedrooms was great for our group. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Furniture in the room was incredibly run down. Stained, chipped and bent. The bathroom seems to be given the landlord special. Perhaps it flooded at one time and repairs were poorly done. Elongated toilet seat on a round toilet. We were on the first floor and the window Worst coffee ever.

It would have been nice to have fresh oatmeal and yogurt without artificial sweeteners, but I realize you can’t have everything.
-
We enjoyed having a full kitchen and a home like feel. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like besides maybe it could use some updating but as is it was just fine.

Good breakfast. Late check in. They don't tell you anywhere that there is a pet fee for service animals. I had to pay an extra $100 for my daughter's service dog. The hotel said pet friendly but didn't mention anything about a fee.

Location is great, cost is terrific, staff has always been friendly and helpful It is an older property but well cared for. Would be nice to have toilets that are a little higher to sit on and the showers could have shower pads or something to make the tub not as slippery
-
It was well equipped and enough space. It was well maintained with a very nice surroundings. There were people sitting in their cars regularly often late into the evening smoking marijuana. It was a bit unnerving.

Location, amenities were nice. Smell, room and stairwell smelled bad
-
Rooms are worn out, carpet torn in spots looks dirty, walls need painting, exit signs broken, landscaping overgrown and pool dirty. Not what you would expect from marriott

Cleanness Comfortable

The breakfast served by the gentleman was very good he was cheerful, welcoming and help the lady on the other hand was a GROUCH Most of the staff were not helpful and at times rude. He had a difficult personality didnt want to get up from the switchboard to engage me. When I reviewed my invoice the rate went down from Sunday, then up Monday and Tuesday on Wednesday it went up !0.00 over Sunday's rate. I was told its a activity fee that was added and not identified I was also told it would be refunded in a couple of days. I guess we'll see. The place is not clean we noted the same ashes on a stairway every day there. Our unit wasnt filthy but needed a deep clean.

The staff was excellent. The Air conditioner in my original room was broken and upon hearing of the issue I was immediately relocated. The sofa couch was not the most comfortable for a friend staying in the suite

Great location, very friendly and clean. Staff efficient and helpful. Loved the room location. Run out of bathroom paper and when asked was not available . Got it much later .
