The rooms are nice and clean. Just didn’t think it was worth $300 for 1 night.
-
Great place to stay near Golden, CO. Would definitely book again.

The room was also advertised as a guaranteed Mountain View. However our room was facing the backside of the property and looking at roads and parking lots and other buildings - no mountain in site! When we spoke to hotel management, they said all issues would need to be brought up with Hotels.com since the booking was through them. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was told they could not do anything unless the hotel approved, and the hotel refused to approve any type of refund. The website representative offered me $75 in rewards cash, which wouldn't even cover half of one night of our stay. I told them that was an unacceptable offer, and the representative told me "Take it or leave it!" I was astonished at this inappropriate customer service, and demanded to speak with a manager. They upped my offer to $100 in credit, which again is not even covering one night of our stay. I refused unless I was given a full refund, which they denied. You have lost a customer for life!

Check in and Check out was easy The air conditioner in our room was really loud, it sounded as if it was on its last leg. So it was hard to sleep that night.

Service was excellent and the ladies in the kitchen area were very kind, we were running late for breakfast and ladies, still offered to make eggs for my daughters while they cleaning, after a long trip, we felt blessed, thank you 🙏

The room was clean and comfortable; the hallways smelled fresh and the common areas were orderly. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Colorado over a short weekend vacation. It was close to the mall; easy on/off access to Red Rocks; close to dining; and easy on/off to the Georgetown Loop Railroad. We would definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Golden/Denver location without hesitation again. Thank you for making our stay perfect!!! —Amy, Dan and Jay Bretta

Nice place to stay if going to Red Rocks. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Great
-
To use the pool you have to go across to a different hotel to use it. did not realize we would have a parking fee added to our stay. breakfast meals pricey. great italian restaurant named bono. delicious.
-
Poor front desk service. Noisy rooms next to interstate.
-
Towels need to be replaced….a little crunchy.
-
Noisy, no inventory to feed people when advertising you don't have to leave. No hairdryer.
-
The room we had, from what I could tell, the only room with the small balcony. There was no furniture for us to enjoy the balcony, it was too small to have furniture. If I stood sideways on the balcony I was shoulder to shoulder with the building and railing. It was very disappointing since the reason I booked the hotel was because of the balcony space.
-
It was okay for a nights sleep. Not a convenient walk to anywhere. No views. Good for just to stay in room and sleep. They have an outdoor area with pit, but next to highway. Even though we are in June an old junky snow blower was kept out on the patio. Loved Golden, just not this location. Stay downtown to enjoy

Room a little small. TV issues.
-
While the hotel could use some updating, it was clean and safe.
-
I was trapped in my restroom because the door came off tract.

Didn't have breakfast. The location was great. Easy to get on 6th Ave and Highway 70. The room was comfortable but the light switches in the bathroom drove us crazy. Just put a regular on and off switch. Also my wire loves coffee, I don't drink it but the coffee in the room wasn't very good. Very weak. My wife went downstairs to the Starbucks to get coffee. I like the gym facility but they could check to see if there are towels and water cups. The Front Staff was Great. Michael really helped to clear up a problem. He was on top on the situation. Really not any great things. I mentioned in the paragraph above about the light switches in the bathroom, the lack of real coffee in the rooms and the need to check to make sure there are towels and water cups. Nothing else.

Can't write more as I booked this room for my wife's cousin and his wife. But they had a very nice stay.
