Location was great for our needs, breakfast had great choices, but the handicapped shower needs to be updated. Tile floor was gross & had black in grout & also up the walls.

I liked the proximity to the hospital. I don’t like getting the run around when requesting an invoice for my stay. I requested it upon checkout and was told to contact booking.com. I’ve requested twice since then and have still not received this. The stay was for medical appointments due to cancer and can be reimbursed by insurance if I can get the invoice for it. I’ve never had a property give me this kind of headache before. There’s a good chance despite the location and cleanliness that I will not rebook here because of this.

The room was clean but the fan did not work in our bathroom. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Location was close to UND.

We were staying several nights so opted for a king suite. We really enjoyed having the extra space and liked the arrangement of the room. The breakfast was good every day.

Very clean room, and quiet hotel. Not very busy, we had the pool to ourselves on Friday evening which was unexpected. Breakfast was very small selection, but we didn't really expect a lot. Only issue we had in our room was the bathroom fan didn't work, but otherwise we were comfortable.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff Maid service is only on Wed and Saturday and they only give you fresh towels. They do not change other linens.

Our stay was excellent, great property with friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint was the overbearing smell of "clean" that triggered asthma with a guest.

The hotel uses a streaming service for TV and it was constantly buffering so we were unable to watch anything. The fridge did not get very cold. The room was very musty and damp.

Pool and hot tub were great Staff often difficult to locate, but friendly. Why do you charge for internet? I travel a lot and have never had to do that! Something to think about

However, we had to move rooms because of a musty smell. The second room was "better" but still smelled musty. Also- the vent in the bathroom was all rusted. Other than that the hotel seemed clean. Decent breakfast. More of a residential area- so quiet.

We did have one issue that needed maintenance to come to the room. It was fixed quickly. The maintenance person was very friendly. Everyone on the staff there was friendly. The hotel is nice and centrally located in own to the hospital and university. Plenty of parking. Would stay there again.
