Came back to grand forks for a reunion. Hotel was conveniently located in town where I was close to pretty much anything. For the price the hotel met my expectations.

The guy that was there during our arrival is very nice. The breakfast is normal but the sausage is delicious and pancake. Room is decent.

Room was clean, staff were very nice and helpful, pool and hot tub area is very well kept and fun!

We were happy with our experience. The rooms were clean, great hot breakfast and we appreciated the pool hours being open until 11 pm. The whole property being a non-smoking facility was also a major plus because we can't stand the smell of smoke at a hotel. We would stay again.

Clean, good location Outside door near room did not latch easily when closed and was often left unlocked.

There was human hair in a sausage tray and flies all over the breakfast area. We were not able to use a pool. There were constantly large groups of adults yelling, running, throwing balls, using water guns. Felt unsafe.
