Rodeway Inn Columbia Mall Loop

Great place for a family as the pool entertained the kids. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was ok. It needed some good work and renovations. The pool and hot tub was acceptable. The breakfast was not good at all

The hotel is located close to all major shopping centers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who took care of the breakfast was very attentive and kept everything clean. The hotel is a great value considering all of the amenities and the extra hot tubs that are available.

We had a three day stay and never saw the chamber maids. On day two they removed our used towels and never brought new ones. No beds made. Is this normal? None of the coffee or bathroom supplies were ever refilled. We made our own beds, emptied our own garbage into hallway garbage facility and visited the office area to get clean towels. Although the facility was only two floors, we were unaware that there was no elevator when we booked the second floor. Somehow taking full suitcases up flights of stairs has become a little more difficult each year. The hot tub and pool area were nice but slippery. We wondered if there was a staff shortage?

Very clean, enjoyed the pool, and my grandsons rated the breakfast as great. We will stay here again.

The check in staff was wonderful. We arrived early and they worked to get us in a room. Very helpful!

The hotel is super clean. The beds and pillow were comfy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs, and the courtyard area is really pretty. Check in/ check out staff were all lovely. Doesn't look "modern", but everything is in great repair!

We really enjoyed the stay. Booked a patio room which was relaxing and only feet away from pool and hot tubs. Would book there again

Okay hotel if traveling for 1 night but anything more I wouldn't recommend. Staff was very friendly, but hotel is older and rooms weren't that clean.

Easy access of the main road. Clean and very friendly staff. A/C worked well as it was 98* the weekend we stayed. Lots of parking. Good breakfast too..

The pool was really unique. The rooms were nice and I must say this was the best Roadway Inn I have ever been to.

Nonsmoking room smelled. We switched rooms which was better, but the toilet wasn’t working. King room was overbooked and we had to switch to a double queen. However, the Night manager was very nice and helpful!

I was very disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small for a king size bed the hot tub in the room was nice but it could have been cleaned better. We ordered room service because it was a long day the food was over priced it took 1 hour and a half to get our food . Another hotel guest gave us our food instead of the delivery driver. Our food was cold and when I called to get a refund they said they could not do anything. I would not stay there again.

i was diaappointed that thertr was not daily housekeeping but i guess that is a thimg i many hotels now. this hotel is a good value. iIt is close to all shopping. We enjoyed our stay :)
