AmeriVu Inn and Suites Grand Forks

Room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Good location.

Parking was readily available…my stay was during the week which I’m sure made it easier.

The room was clean. However, the carpet was damp all over I think because they may have used a carpet cleaner and it wasn’t dry yet. It didn’t smell musty or anything, but it made it more muggy in the room. There was some mold above the shower, I’m guessing nobody noticed it so that’s why it wasn’t cleaned. The beds are very soft- maybe good for some people but we prefer firmer beds. The breakfast was good. It wasn’t a fancy stay but good enough for what we needed!

Decided to book another night and they did not have the same type of room available but the morning desk clerk worked it out so we didn't have to change rooms. Breakfast was better than expected. Clean and comfortable room. We will stay here again when we return.

Great price, nice clean, safe place to stay. We were extremely surprised by the overall stay at this hotel.

The property had everything we needed. It is just looking a little tired and could use some updating.

Clean and affordable

Breakfast was extremely basic & poor quality. Hotel needs serious upgrades & remodeling.

Breakfast was ok…no coffee left at 8:00am, no bagels and had to ask desk staff for coffee. Upon checking in, nobody at the desk, rang the phone but no answer. Went looking for someone and they were on the phone with water running in the kitchen.

Staff was great, room was nice. The problem we had was with whoever was in the room above of Friday night. But I don't hold that against the hotel or staff. I would definitely stay here again but not in the same room. It was across from the elevator strike one, it was supposed to be handicap acceptable but had a tub instead of a walk in shower which caused problems strike two. Either the people above use had a pet elephant in the room or the floor between is super thin. You could hear their conversation, TV, and walking like they were in the same room with us Strike three. Again I believe that would all be eliminated with room selection.

Basic hotel but staff are great! Has everything you need for a night or 2! Have stayed here a handful of times and is a go to when im in town.

Room was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Would have been good to have some non flavored coffee creamer. Parking was no problem.
