Room was close to entrance on first floor I didn't like the fact that I had to checkout early because of a family emergency at home , the person never relayed that to management, there for I never got a refund .I didn't expect a full refund it wasn't the hotels fault but at the same time I was only there for a few hours before I got the call from home which required me to leave.

Easy to drive to and great parking. Lobby was very clean and inviting. No complaints…

Mini fridge didn’t work, hot tubs were not working, rooms had a weird smell.

There were bad stains on the carpet in the room.

Not what it used to be. Children’s pool painting is chipping. Both hot tubs were closed when we were there. Our bathroom had evidence of water damage in the ceiling and several noticeable paint patches. Phone cord wouldn’t even stay in the receiver. Hair dryer stopped working after two minutes and had to cool down for 5 minutes before it went on again. No doubt this hotel has changed ownership and has gone down hill. I have stayed there probably 25+ times over the years. No longer worth the price point.
