Clean and comfortable!

From the check-in, breakfast to the staff being very easy to deal with

Overall clean room. However lot's of little things made for a more negative stay. Right off from check in the hot tubs are down, room had signs of wear, scratched furniture and stains on carpet, Kleenex out and no fan in bathroom so took awhile for the mirror to clear. Someone in another room played load music until after10:00. On the plus side the breakfast was good.

The property and room were clean and quiet.

Stay was good

Our stay was excellent. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The dining room was always tidy, and the selection of food was different every day. They did a great job! Also warm cookies at the end of the day are always a plus.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Hot tubs were not in service. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Coffee was on and ready early in the morning.

Good variety for breakfast of hot & cold. Clean room & common areas. Perfect room with king and twins for the kids.

Probably will choose another facility while traveling to Grand forks. Staff not friendly and breakfast marginal at best. Elevator and hot tubs under repair, pool was bad family didn’t swim because of appearance.

Clean and friendly

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we will definitely book it again. We had a 1 bedroom suite that was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean, the furniture was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom could use some refreshing. Parking was good, the front desk employees were all friendly, and coffee and tea were always available in the lobby.

Centrally located Breakfast was subpar

When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief.

Breakfast was ok. The meat they served was horrible! My husband had to spit it out it was sooo bad. The outside of the hotel is very very outdated, looby is updated. When we pulled up to the hotel, we saw one of the upper room windows with a garbage bag hanging out of it?!? Not sure why but that was not ascetically pleasing. And it had me second guessing as to why we booked it. Pool area was ok. Clean but needed a lot of upgrades. The floor area of the pool had a lot of duct tape around it where the floor had been lifting up. Overall we will not be staying here again. We picked it as our usual hotel was full, and this hotel had 4/5 stars. I’d give it a 2/5.

Spacious room Had trouble opening the fridge. Once got it open, found it covered in red sticky juice.
