Excellent breakfast

Need to change the breakfast menu. Egg pancakes take off the menu

Breakfast wasn’t that great! TV didn’t work the best! Kept hearing a door slam! Rooms were very nice!

Best place I’ve stayed in Grand Forks, however was disappointed to know I could not earn Hilton points when you book through Expedia, so good to know for future bookings. Breakfast was top notch and the staff was super friendly.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites and had an unfortunate experience with the staff. After explaining that I hadn’t slept the night before, I requested a late checkout, but they were short and would not compromise. The lack of flexibility and empathy left me disappointed with the service.

Did not like strong air freshener smell in the room. I have a sensitivity to all strong fragrances and had a pounding headache and congestion from this. Every thing else was amazing-

Our room was very clean! Everything was new since it’s being renovated. Breakfast was great. Location is nice. Would stay again!

Good selection at breakfast

We are travelling from the west coast to the east coast and this was the best hotel so far! Absolutely wonderful!

Air system quite noisy. Not sure if it was designed as such or defective. Only negative thought I have.

Almost done with a complete renovation when I was there…looked good. The only complaint I had, and this is with a lot of hotels in general…would it kill them to throw a cheap recliner in the rooms? This one had a ton of room but only place to sit besides the bed was an office chair. They get major kudos for having soft-close hinges on their doors!

Everything was great except I am sensitive to scented products and the linens and the soap shampoo and body wash were quite strongly scented.

Great location. Parking and common immaculate. Rooms were exceptionally well maintained and housekeeping care was meticulous in details.

Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements
