Hampton Inn & Suites Grand Forks

Our room was very clean! Everything was new since it’s being renovated. Breakfast was great. Location is nice. Would stay again!

Good selection at breakfast

We are travelling from the west coast to the east coast and this was the best hotel so far! Absolutely wonderful!

Air system quite noisy. Not sure if it was designed as such or defective. Only negative thought I have.

Almost done with a complete renovation when I was there…looked good. The only complaint I had, and this is with a lot of hotels in general…would it kill them to throw a cheap recliner in the rooms? This one had a ton of room but only place to sit besides the bed was an office chair. They get major kudos for having soft-close hinges on their doors!

Everything was great except I am sensitive to scented products and the linens and the soap shampoo and body wash were quite strongly scented.

Great location. Parking and common immaculate. Rooms were exceptionally well maintained and housekeeping care was meticulous in details.

Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements

Breakfast was varied with many quality options, Would have liked dark roast coffee as an option. The light roast coffee.

Hot tub and pool are clean. The staff are very welcoming. The free Breakfast is a bonus 😋. Food was good with a lot of selection. Recommend.

Check in was quick, rooms and amenities were good. Staff and breakfast was amazing as well.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are really firm.

This hotel did not disappoint. One detractor that I observed on this occasion was upon checkin, which is usually automated, but we had just booked on the same day as the stay, so I don’t know if that affected the self check-in, phone access for room etc. the check-in person was so bored and almost acted put out, that we were there to “interrupt “ her day! This is not our normal experience at all with Hampton as we almost always have people that are very good at their jobs. Other than that, everything at the hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again.
