Nice place

Room was clean but needed maintenance. Shower drain running slow and moldy, loose wallpaper behind bathroom door. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Hallways and entryway not very clean. Needed vacuumed and carpets cleaned. Very overpriced!

It has been 19 years since I stayed at this hotel and I will say I really enjoyed coming back! The staff we’re very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is fantastic and the renovations they’ve done recently have been great… I stayed in a one bedroom suite, and it was very comfortable. Good job team Grand Forks.!!

Good

This isn't a totally fair assessment of the hotel, as there was construction going on to improve the property. On the third floor you walked through an active constructive area with drywall chunks and general debris on the floor en route to the room. The room itself was comfortable and clean and well maintained. I imagine once the property is complete it will be much better. Bad timing but the room and staff were great.

The hotel was under carpet restoration, so there were signs warning us about the mess. Room was clean, shower had good pressure, safe location with shopping and restaurants near by. Pool was cleaned immaculately.

Loved our completely remodeled room. I was very happy the carpet was brand new because I HATE CARPET in hotel rooms. The staff was very helpful. All areas of the hotel were clean and nicely kept. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. The hotel was under renovation but did not impact our stay at all. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The complimentary breakfast was great. They even had gluten free muffins for our gluten allergy!

It was one of the first hotels with a pool and hot tub that I've stayed in recently where the pool WASNT freezing cold and the hot tub was actually hot. We enjoyed the pool. Rooms were very clean. Decent continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good, staff was quick to refill the coffe pot!

The front desk staff was not very helpful. Didn’t seem interested in trying to solve our problem.
