SpringHill Suites by Marriott Grand Forks

The entire property is up-to-date and clean. The room/suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool, whirlpool, and gym are small but current and clean. Highly satisfied. I would recommend to family and friends without question.

The room (suite) was very comfortable and clean. The mini fridge was quite small, but otherwise everything was excellent.

The room smelled like smoke.

When I went down to get coffee in the morning, I brought a cup back for my husband, and then returned thru the cafe to go sit outside with my coffee. The food was all out in the cafe, and I picked up a muffin on the way. The food service person was upset with me and told me that the food was not ready until 7:00, it was 6:45. She told me to read the sign, which I didn't see as I was coming from the other end of the hallway. I didn't appreciate being lectured.

Great place to stay. Room was spacious, clean, well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was accommodating. Will stay there again when in Grand Forks.

Location Rooms are getting beat up. Small items that maintenance should be keeping up on.

The heater made a terrible noise the my entire trip. I called and they came up twice and said it was a loose case no other options.

I'm definitely staying here again

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed and good breakfast. One of my better stays in grand forks

Very nice. Couldn’t be more pleased. The check in was smooth and the room was immaculately cared for and spotless.

Location was great. Breakfast was delicious with many options (although the juice was watered down too much). The main areas of the hotel were very clean. The floor in the room must not have been vacuumed/vacuumed well because there was food on the floor (a fry under desk) along with other crumbs and things. The couch was full of crumbs and some white residue as well, along with long hair at the top where I would like to lean my head near. It made it hard for me to feel comfortable relaxing on the couch. Please be sure to clean your furniture too when cleaning rooms.

The Breakfast left something to be desired? Sausage patties were overdone like cardboard, eggs overcooked, no coffee?
