Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Forks Columbia Mall

Staff were so nice and accommodating - the room however was not the cleanest. Stains all over the sheets and pillows, even the wall, but when brought to staffs’ attention they made it right. Overall a great stay for the price!

Smaller hotel so can get more personalized treatment. Hot tub was the right temperature but the pool was a little on the cool side. Room was very clean and tidy and spacious, thank you Stacy! Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from both hot and cold. Would definitely recommend.

It was clean, quiet & a good location. Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff…..Rachel & Stephany have great customer service skills! The breakfast also had a great selection of hot & cold food options. It was dated & needs some upgrades and updating. My husband and I are really tall people and had to bend over to wash our hands, toilet wasn’t tall enough & the tub was worn down in spots, the sink also drained very slow.

Pool area They put us in an upper level room knowing we had kids so we got constant complaints.

Our door didn’t lock most of the time, there was food on the floor next to the beds that wasn’t vacuumed, the room was humid and slightly musty.

Days Inn is a relic from the past. It's inexpensive and old. Hotels should no longer be built like that. It's also Grand Forks. A sad town with political extremism and little good going for it except the Flying Hawks.

The Staff there has always been good to me and my family. I’ve stayed there quite a few times over the years to go watch the racing at the speedway. They always help me out getting a room close to the parking lot as I am travelling with kids and I am doing all the loading and unloading as we travel. I’d really like to say thank you to them all Personally and have done so every I go there. Thank you Stacey , Sam , Michele, Rachel And Fatima. Always friendly and respectful!!! And the place is spotless clean nothing gross or dirty hallways. I will be back again.

We stayed two nights and it was a very positive experience overall. Nice suite, nice staff, good breakfast. Only question I'd have is why they didn't come in and at least change the towels during the day we were out, Still would highly recommend based on our experience and would choose again when in the area.

Pool was out of order. I thought I purchased a room with two beds but my room only had one bed.

Our stay at Days Inn was really awesome, it was close to everything we needed to shop around, the staff was very friendly, the pool was very clean & hot tub was very enjoyable as well. Will likely book again on our next trip here.

Everything was good, however the room felt very humid.

The ladies at the front counter were especially helpful, super friendly, and went out of their way to find me something that I had forgot at home that they had in a drawer. The cookies on the front counter were a nice touch. I don’t know who bakes them, but they’re fantastic. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. We have no complaints. This would be our fourth stay there. The rooms are nice clean need washrooms are clean. No complaints at all. They had a dehumidifier in the room to look after the moisture, but it was a very hot and muggy day when we were there so thanks for that. I would highly recommend for the price.

Excellent customer service, to me the place is outstanding, just perfect for what I needed. Has everything that you would need plus stores around available if you run out of stuff. As appliances like microwave and Refrigerator. As well as the remaining furniture. Up to date TV. Just all around convenience. Very cozy. Highly recommend n/a
